What are tips for dodo? Tips and strategies for dodo in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
You’ll me x4 behemoth dinosaur gates (Metal)
Next x57 tranq darts and long neck rifle and x8 plumos
These things will never fight back and will run away if you attack them. I only use them for egg farms with the oviraptor in a small
thatch house.
Hello? Can anyone hear me? I see two of them outside waiting for me, they don't know about my presence, I'm afraid this might be the end as they are far to strong, I'm in my stone base. OH GOD THEY FOU-
It would me cool if a dodo can sit on your shoulder.
Found a 100 and a 130 dodo only use club for taking as the have 100-200 health
Run as fast as you can if you want to kill the dodo
Hardest creature to tame no point in trying impossable infinete torpor but if tamed strongest thing in the game even beats creative mode
Would recommend just not taming
If you dare tame it expect to use 32+ shocking tranq darts for a level one
How2Tame E1:Dodo
Greetings, noobs! Want a tame? A basic buddy? A little bird? Then step right up on How2Tame! In this first episode, we have from gamer Alpha... How to tame a Dodo?
So. First, noobs, you will want some berries (purple, mejoberry, work best) and a club. You can also use your fists.
Now you can find a Dodo. Dodos usually spawn on beaches; if you spawned on the Footpaw, you will probably see one right away. So start punching (or whacking) and knock out the Dodo. Put your berries in the Dodo and it will eat. If it isn't done taming and the Dodo's torpor is low, feed it Narxoberry, the black one. Now it's tamed. Name it. Now you have a buddy.
Thanks for sponsoring, Alpha! See you next time!
Q: Up Next is Parasaur.
Did anybody else find a red and green dodo on Christmas 2024?….I don’t have mods so no winter wonderland…..it just happened. Now I wonder if on valentines some pink dodo is gonna come at me with a bow and arrow.
This tip is for all the newbies out there, tame a dinosaur by knocking it out, some dinosaurs like the gigantopithecus aren't knock out tames, so to tame a dodo, punch the dodo until it falls to the ground, dont kill it, and then gather some Berry's, wait until the taming bar goes up, you tamed a dodo bird! :)
Dodo eggs are a very good source of food
These might seem useless but they’re quite the opposite. Here’s how.
One: eggs
We all know that every Dino on ark and some other creatures lay eggs but the dodo can actually lay eggs quicker than any other. You can use this by these 3 steps,
1: make a 2x2 thatch or wood base. This will keep your dodos safe from any deadly creatures that are a bit hungry.
2: The dodos (obviously). You want about 5 female dodos for your egg laying
3: a male dodo or an oviraptor (optional) the reason you would want one or both of these is because they would boost egg laying speed and with the male dodo to get even more dodos.
Two: raids
I know I know it sounds stupid but it’s actually a bit more grim. First, if you’re high a level enough and you can make C4s, you can WARNING IF YOU HAVE A GREAT LOVE FOR DODOS SKIP TO THE NEXT PARAGRAPH. So, you would strap the C4 on your dodo. Then, you would toss by an enemy base on wander, let it get near and, either when a player sees the C4 or is by the base, KABLAM, you just won a war of raids, from a dodo.
Three: company on single player
Now, picture this, you and your only army just died from a giga and you can’t get your stuff back, you super frustrated because you lost all your 50 tranq darts, 20 excepcional kibble, and a fertilized Rex egg. Then you have your little dodo, right by you, and you start to get cured of your depression, and gain enough confidence to sneakily grab your stuff, and tame a new high level argy. Dodos in ark are great for therapy and company. Now, I hope you see the dodo in a new way.
-The real facts
I once had 4 dodos sadly all died to rex
Sooooooo easy to tame, I literally punched it with my fist once and it fell asleep. Then I gave it an individual mejo and kaboom! Dodo! Obviously it was at a low level but even higher ones can be tamed like this.
for those of you on mobile, I dare you to use soothing balm on a dodo, come on do it
