idk what to put this under, but to make a baby dodo reach maturity, you should feed them narcoberries. it makes them eat food by themselves, so i while my baby was unconscious, i looked for more food. up of helpful! this is my first tip :)

Extremely high aggro rage, so using a tanky flyer like a quetzal is recommended. If you are using a trap, build it out of metal as, although they can damage it, takes a lot of tome for them to do. It takes about 20- 35 tranq darts to knock it out, and once it is, its torpor decreases extremely fast. Anything but exceptional/giga kibble is extremely useless, and even with it, needs about 500-1500 narcs to tame it.

Cute 'lil pet that's lays tons of eggs, and loads of poop for fertilizing crop plots, so an excellent source of quality food, at.. honestly any stage come to think of it. Especially when you have lots of them.

Fun mutations, and can be bred bigger or smaller on mobile.

They can work as a "bob's first fridge" too as putting perishable eats into a tamed creature's inventory slows spoil time by half.

Great for getting up off the ground and will loyally support you into the endgame, is this little fella the housepet for you? Yes.

Make an antidote to Swamp Fever then get infected. Infect several dodos, then drop them into an enemy base as a bio-weapon!

Then cure yourself

DoDo’s are extremely easy to tame and I suggest trying different berry’s on it so you know how it effects Dino’s

GUYs get this it is the best I got five and they killed a sarco! To tame a dodo is easy :step1 knock out with fist: step 2 shvod berries in there mouth Vick the bag pack that looks different put berries in its inv and wait th boom bosons get a army of these if you wnat to tame a proton dodo kibble will tame it very fast

So you should at lest get 30 of these guys

Use a dodo as a storage unit on a raft or in your base

R I just want to tell you an army of these things pulled up in the front of my face and almost killed every single tame I had but I think they were actually just trying to attack terror bird

Carful with these guys they can kill gig as so watch out

First off, upon breeding; You can get bigger or smaller dodos. Big dodos are lethal and are very good harvesters (you can also ride them) and small dodos are good companions. Medium dodos are good for eggs and meat. Invest in dodo farms!

Step.1 find a good level dodo

Step.2 use only your fist

Step.3 fill it with berries

Step.4 repeat

If you can pick up baby dino life would be much easier

These birds are a super easy tame and are great for food early game the constant stream of eggs keeps the belly full! Not to mention they are a great "fridge" for foods early game as they won't eat eggs or meat!

Dodo's are the first Dinos you will probally tame in game. Not only are they great traveling buddies, but can be used for many great uses. The most common being a egg farm, along with being great alarms during stealth raids.Can also be used to drain plant species x turrets

These might seem useless but they’re quite the opposite. Here’s how.

One: eggs

We all know that every Dino on ark and some other creatures lay eggs but the dodo can actually lay eggs quicker than any other. You can use this by these 3 steps,

1: make a 2x2 thatch or wood base. This will keep your dodos safe from any deadly creatures that are a bit hungry.

2: The dodos (obviously). You want about 5 female dodos for your egg laying

3: a male dodo or an oviraptor (optional) the reason you would want one or both of these is because they would boost egg laying speed and with the male dodo to get even more dodos.

Two: raids

I know I know it sounds stupid but it’s actually a bit more grim. First, if you’re high a level enough and you can make C4s, you can WARNING IF YOU HAVE A GREAT LOVE FOR DODOS SKIP TO THE NEXT PARAGRAPH. So, you would strap the C4 on your dodo. Then, you would toss by an enemy base on wander, let it get near and, either when a player sees the C4 or is by the base, KABLAM, you just won a war of raids, from a dodo.

Three: company on single player

Now, picture this, you and your only army just died from a giga and you can’t get your stuff back, you super frustrated because you lost all your 50 tranq darts, 20 excepcional kibble, and a fertilized Rex egg. Then you have your little dodo, right by you, and you start to get cured of your depression, and gain enough confidence to sneakily grab your stuff, and tame a new high level argy. Dodos in ark are great for therapy and company. Now, I hope you see the dodo in a new way.

Be careful dodos are the strongest they have over 1 million torpor and have 99999999999 heath. I’ve seen a dodo one shot a titan

These creatures, though small, are one of the deadliest of ARK, behind the bosses. They are incredibly difficult to tame, and don't even get me started on killing them. You will need 5-7 Rexes depending on level. Once killed, they give little meat, but have an 80% chance of dropping a mastercraft blueprint. All in all, very hard to kill and tame, and are powerful. Last thing they get seriously nerfed when tamed, like gigas. They become weaker than a dilo. Thanks for reading!

Dodo eggs are a very good source of food

If you are playing on Extiction tame a high level one of them. Mine fought against a lvl 70 Defense Unit and won because it was too small to be hit by it.
