Taming & KO Tips

How do I tame a diplodocus? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a diplodocus.
If you’re passive taming then you can also use rare flowers and mushrooms
If u are trying to tame it lead it to the water and get on a raft. You can feed it and when it trys to hit you get into driving on the raft so you do not move. Iy cannot damage the raft
Its not worth taming the saddle costs 200 metal and it doesn't even do damage.
I don't know if anyone noticed yet but THESE guys need 20 kibble just for a level 100 like these guys love to waste your kibble too
The best way to tame these guys is to get on your flyer and get taming food and you have your selves a diplodocus your welcome
Quick tip don’t get near them they will attack you for no reason
If something hits it you have to kill the animal or person
The diplo is a passive tame usually eat crops or berries. To not get pushed away by it just hide under it to where it doesn't spin around just when it stuck trying to push you away. But be sure to have a creature with you because you can get attacked by anything while taming it.
If you are on the right Position under it, under the middle of his Belly, it can't kick you away.
Did you know that it's easy to tame them on valguero server all you need to do is find a castle and check redwoods then if you see stairs to redwoods then check redwoods and if you see a diplodocus lead it from redwoods to grassland then make him stuck in the stairs climb the stairs a little bit and then START SHOOTING the diplodocus UNTIL he sleeps get some Berry's alot of them put Dem in his inventory and do whatever you want he will tame I tamed him like that😊🙂😃☞
Here’s an easy-ish way to tame these guys if you don’t have access to tranq arrows or if you do but your bow won’t accept them (happens to me every time xD) find a rock to climb on top by their tail or build a thatch building, one base, three walls high and a roof on top at the opposite end as the ladder (the ladder shall face the same way the foundation is facing in comparison to the roof) and climb onto their backs. This way they can’t push you (they are trying to be friendly and they think that pushing you is a game. It’s technically more of a “nuzzle”, though they tend to underestimate their own strength). Just be sure you have a boatload of berries on your hands and you can feed it until it’s tamed whilst getting a ride.
Use 350 mojoberrys for a level 1 should take 2 hours there u go
I have unlimited time/resources so what’s faster knock take or passive
Most annoying taming process ever, really makes you wonder if it's even worth it. You have to hand feed them berries in order to tame them but when you get close to one they just knock you around. Super annoying! I've attempted to tame one 3 times but I cannot handle the constant pushing around for a whole hour. Otherwise I'm sure they would be good tames.
They take about 8 bites. If not 8 then 7 or 9 but most times 8. You can hang back behind them and count their chomps. I tried going under. People said they don’t care but the one I tamed kept making me going in circles to avoid getting pushed. I decided to hang back instead by a fair distance like at the tip of the tail
when going to passive tame this animal the time between the first and second feeding is very long (10-15 minutes sometimes) but every other feed to tame is about 1 minute.
like don't think they did something wrong <3
the only dino which tamed by both ways passive and knock out tame 😁😁
Taming diplo is like the pain in the 😅 its kevel 300+ and its been half an hour am waiting for his first lystrosaurus to consume 🤦how much time it takes man feeling like been ages 😝
Can drop on its back if able and it wont aggro yoo ( right on base of tail to back)
Bruh if you don’t wanna risk dying, K.O. tame it. Here’s how to do it…
1: build a thatch trap that is 3/6 and 2 walls high
2: shoot it with a longneck rifle (tranq equipped)
3: once K.O., feed it any crops because crops only work during K.O., nothing else
4: enjoy your diplo!
Cool fact: it’s saddle has 10 extra seats! That makes it a good battle creature by mixing levels with health, melee dmg, and stam
