Works similar to bloodstalker, effectiveness raises off sacrificed creatures. They dont need to die so Use high health tames to boost effectiveness then blood packs for taming. Recommend pheromone darts as they have a tendency to fly super high and not come back down at least in the Vardiland cave.

It can harvest element dust and crystal from lamps in extinction .

Enter a cave and Go in slowly.. Then drop down a Bloodpack until one of the Bats fly down and Drink the blood from it and will slowly get tamed and if it doesn’t fully tame it it shall fly back up and go back to sleep

Ok ok,screw passive taming,you should drop meat and wear gillie armor or you can knock it out,that’s just my idea.

Wild

Even with all the other monstrosities around here, this fugitive from a Creature Double Feature deserves top billing. I mean, Dracula's right there in its species name! And Desmodus has a shriek that'll scare just about anything out of its way. It's also shrewd enough to limit itself to victims that it can carry off into the night.

Although I'm not superstitious enough to advise stocking up on garlic and stakes before you decide to track down Desmodus for yourself, I'd still advise you to hunt these horrors out in the light and away from their caves – they seem uniquely adept at flying and hiding in those dark, narrow spaces.

Domesticated

Taming one of these beasties lets you add its eerie abilities to your arsenal. Use their unsettling scream to scatter your enemies. Command Desmodus to snatch up small prey for you. Let its uncanny power to vanish into darkness become your personal stealth mode.

Desmodus has blood thinner in its saliva, which drains prey of more blood than this vampire could ever digest. If you can stomach the excess blood and drained meat your vampire pet leaves behind, you might be open-minded enough to appreciate another of its unholy gifts: a 'sanguine elixir' that helps enthrall the most stubborn beasts.

If the bat is optimally trapped with the moscops in a short cave so it can't easily lose aggro, it will take around 45 seconds per grab cycle. With a lvl 150, you have to do this 100 times, so with a perfectly run perfect tame, it will take around an hour and a half

A 150 gets about .5% effectiveness each time it grabs the moschops. So it takes 100 times of it picking it up to get up to 100% effectiveness

When you’re going to tame one, you have to remember to look for DESMODUS, NOT ONYC. It can be really annoying when u find a cave, got to tame desmodus and an onyc picks you up. Don’t be as stupid as me

In fjordur, desmodus caves are full of fjordhawk, which are ready to steal your bag if you die. Desmodus when tamed drops you indifferently from how high you are.

So, if you care about your mental health, BRING A PARACHUTE

It’s going to be like megalosaurus in that it’s a nocturnal creature.

Third person!!!! But over all I think that it is going to be a really cool creature and I'm hoping that they app the climbing ability and being able to hangout upsidedown and I'm hoping that they give the bleeding affect with their basic attack.

U can equip weapons on their back

May not be the safest, but the best way to get blood packs with these guys is going to Rockwell inners and hit those microphages (the tiny little things that fly around). It's dangerous so I have a hawk on me just in case. If you don't have Gen 2 then brontos are next best.

A very easy tame and a good flyer. Best for harvesting rotten meat and blood packs.

Spawn:

They spawn in caves in Fjordur. Usually in groups

Taming requirements:

1) Blood packs x50 ( the more the better, I carry more than 100 )

2) Shotgun ( makkees it easy to. Shoot mid air )

3) full flak armor

4) Parachutes x10

Taming:

As. They are passive tame u cannot knock them out. Just wear full flak armor remember to carry a shotgun with enough ammo and 5-10 parachutes

Keep around a 100 blood packs. I carry 400 just in case.

By encountering them they will come rushing at you for your blood and pick u and fly up. Remember to keep the blood packs on your " 0 " slot. Usually the low level ones come at you first , this is where the shotgun comes handy , if the level is not to your. Liking just gun it down and. Use parachute to land safely. They do little to noo damage when you're wearing flak. If you're low on health just drink a blood pack.

If the level is to your liking just let it carry you around

And it will drink blood from the packs by itself.

A tribe mate supporting you will make the Tamee more. Easy as they can kill all the. Other unwanted blood suckers.

They will drop you a few times and u parachute down and just run without holding the shift key

They will pick you up again. Continue this and congratulations you have your blood pack harvester.

People keep saying that you can steal wyvern eggs with th invisibility but that is not true.
