How do I tame a daeodon? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a daeodon.

Trap or safely isolate the Daeodon, then damage it enough to trigger its healing ability, which drains its food and makes taming faster. Knock it out with tranquilizers, keep it unconscious with narcotics, and place preferred kibble or meat in its inventory until it tames.
I saw here that if you want tame a 150 lvl wild daeodon you need 27 superior kibble,that is not true,i play the game with stock settings and the amount you need to tame a lvl 150 is 13 Superior Kibble(14 max)
Ok, so I got a level 125 female down and it ate about 130 raw mutton pieces and 36 cooked lamb chop(those very innefective)..and got 56 bonus levels being 3x rates on official, torpor goes down fast but not like dimetrodons
