A Yutyrannus is by far one of the best ways to deal with these guys. You can easily scare these guys away from you. It also seems that when they are scared they can't activate their heal ability which makes it easier to pick them off. Another good method is to use a shotgun. It deals huge enough bursts of damage that they can be close to death in a few shots, good for if they show up unexpectedly while you're on your own.

One of my favorite creatures, I love this creature it makes a great tame it had very good damage and health, I did the passive healing during taming trick and it was super fast . It has very good mobility and agility. It it fit more in caves I would definitely use it.

Provided with a crap ton of food, daeodons can be easy to tame because of the food drain. Also you don't have to worry too much about killing them while knocking them out as they use their food stat to heal.

Daedons or pumba as i call them are op. Rexs raptors baryonyx allos and carnos are no match for 1 of these. I have 3. One on each of the realms in fjordur and have yet to lose one of them. Great for exploring and can be used as a pack mule. Snow owls heal better than these so i use them as self healing tanks

Use pteranodon kibble to regenerate food. Kibble gives tremendous food regeneration. .

Tamed a 135 today. Took 160 mutton. 1.5x taming. TE was still high about 95% tamed out at 199. Would definitely suggest using kibble.

The daedon was found in dungeon with Erie form first kill it an re_alive in the station and tame it.

Tame them in pairs: fighters and healers. Stack the healers with meat and let the fighters gahter new mear gor them. Poof.. Infinite health regen.

If you run out of milk while raising a wyvern get one of these with a trough full of food and enable passive healing. Also give the baby stimulant to keep it conscious.

So their main shtick is healing, but these guys can be quite powerful as mounts. I’m on an unofficial server with the health gains pumped up high, but I’m sure these guys are tanky regardless! They can certainly hold their own when you’re out and about against many other creatures!
