Ark chapter 3: clan wars.

This was kinda strange. I went from talking about my self when I was 11 and now when I was 25. The clans of the crystal isle had made a war.

“Burning forests everywhere. Blood on every one of the human bases.” Mom sayd in a cold voice.

I suddenly felt like I turned into ice.

“That means that one blond surviver is in danger!” I screamed.

“He was not your friend! So forget about him!” Mom shouted. I was both sad and mad. But I shouldn’t had done what I did. I turned around... and then faster then the old leader of crystal wyvern’s could react.

I jump’t on her chest... and then, after a bit.

Her chest had been stabbed by a rock.

“Now I! Can find my friend! Without enyone in my way!” I shouted as I walkt away.

The Wyverns, Chapter one.

Main Characters:

Emerald: female ember wyvern, 8 year old

Nautilus: male water wyvern, 9 year old

Hailstorm: male ice wyvern, 8 year old

Droplet: female blood wyvern, 10 year old

Emerald woke up one morning to see a guard poking her with his wing, “it’s time to get up princess”the guard said “your breakfast is hippo and lizards”. She sighed “same old thing for breakfast…when will I ever get to hunt for my self?…”, the guard shrugged. “go

Send me my maid will you Fury?” “Yes princess…” the guard mumbled. Emerald got up out of bed, this was the perfect distraction while she got out by herself to hunt something decent. She flew out of the window in her bedroom and laughed as she felt the wind in her face and wings, then she heard a crash nearby. She landed behind a bush quietly so the thing wouldn’t hear her. She slowly crept up and saw a handsome ice wyvern, probably around her age, she saw him look around and then wince. She saw that he had a broken wing, probably from crashing into the forest, she slowly walked out and he gasped, he tried to look deadly and acted like he was gonna blast ice at her, but Emerald saw his eyes we’re terrified. Then he suddenly collapsed and groaned about his wing. “Why?!” He gasped in pain “why aren’t you scared of me?!” “Because what’s so threatening about an ice wyvern that has a broken wing?” She said in a teasing voice. He sighed, obviously tired and worn out. “What your name?” Emerald asked, he growled and then muttered “it’s Hailstorm…” “well nice to meet you Hailstorm, I’m Emerald.” She saw that he had a small crown next to him, embedded with diamonds and lazurites. “Are you royalty?” She asked with high curiosity “why should I tell you?” Hailstorm asked suspiciously “I guess you don’t need to then” she said. She heard his stomach growl and asked “do you want something to eat?” “I ca-“ he hissed in pain. Emerald rolled her eyes and flew back to her room, she grabbed a few medical supplies from the healers room and flew back to him. She then broke a dull stick off a tree and Hailstorm hissed. “Relax, I’m helping you” she said. She put the stick on his wing rapped it around his with the bandage, he winced every now and then but still let her do it. When she was done he sat up and put his crown back on top of his head. “ Not really a majestic, royalty look…” he muttered, his stomach growled again, Emerald sighed “you stay here and I’ll be right back”. When she took off to catch some food for Hailstorm, she saw a patrol a little while away and gasped, she ducked down and somehow landed of a deer, she killed it with one swift bite and carried it back to the ice wyvern. He devoured it in seconds. “Uh…thanks for the food…” he said, embarrassed “ no problem” she said and lifted off again to get another meal for herself, she found another deer and killed it, then ate it and flew back to Hailstorm. When she got there she found him sleeping, and laid down under a tree and rested her head on her wings, she soon fell asleep too. She and Hailstorm woke up a few minutes after to wing beats “ Quick, follow me” she said in a harsh whisper, she led him to a big log and they both hid under, it was a little tight so they had to deal with sitting right next to each other, this was Emeralds usually hiding place, and she was usually alone, not sitting with another wyvern from another kingdom. His scales are cold! She thought, I didn’t know ice wyvern scales were this cold, Hailstorm seemed to notice that she was shivering from his scales and squeezed a little farther away from her, she glanced at him. The wing beats faded and she got out of the log, “that was close!” She said “your telling me” Hailstorm said while crawling out of the log. Suddenly a guard came out of nowhere, It was Fury. “WHO IS THIS?!” He snarled, he pointed his long spear at Hailstorm, then Fury’s pupils widened. A small, smug smile crawled onto his face. “I see we have a royal here…” he said, clearly satisfied with his catch, Hailstorm hissed and he inhaled, Emerald saw that he was gonna blast him with frost-breath, she stood in front of both of them with her wings out stretched, “Fury I demand you to return to your post!” She hissed “Why are you standing up for this intruder!?” Fury said furiously “ HE’S HURT CANT YOU SEE?!” She roared, behind her Hailstorm looked dazed. Fury then hissed and shoved Emerald aside “this is for your own good princess…” he growled, he was about to stab Hailstorm when Emerald shot a blazing blast of fire at Fury, he screamed in pain as the fire started to burn his scales, “ this is for YOUR own good Fury…” she said darkly, Hailstorm looked at her with fright, fascination, and thankfulness. “Y-you saved me” he said, sounded like a small baby wyvern, “well I had to didn’t I?” She said, “ so your a royal…” Hailstorm said, he glanced at Fury, burning to ashes, then the sky. “ I hear more wing beats…” he said, “then we need to go…” she said…
