Approach the Cosmo with a light pet, no aggressive creatures nearby, and the appropriate food available to trigger its dance and begin the passive tame. Feed it when you reach it, then follow its glowing “red light, green light” game: move toward it while it shines green and remain completely still during red, repeating the process until it’s tamed.
