Use a Fish Basket, available on Aberration, and place it in front of a Coelacanth until you can capture it. Release it in a shallow, secure area away from open water, where it will tame quickly; avoid letting it drown after release.
Just make a fish basket and drop it In the water and if there is a fish near it you can grab your basket and you have your fish
