When taming these giants use full camoflauge and sneek behind with a cold nice cup a beer. Beer lovers

Occasional bug after feeding 1 beer it will stop allowing passive tame (won't become hungry again) stick around for 5-10 mins and will often fix itself. If not agro it and then try again once it calms down.

The one use for beer kegs/barrels (forgot their name), they are a faster and more efficient berry gatherer than a stego, but arent as versatile. Stick to mid-end game for these guys, they’re kill on sight when wild and need to be passive feed beer, in which case it eats the glass. It has a rock throw ability when tamed, and despite what some say, does NOT produce beer in it’s inventory.

StimBerries only gives 0.2% per berry its been a day and I'm still busy taming it...USE BEER but use stimberries if u dont have the beer barrel yet like me.....OOF

Get on your pteranodon and fly past it feeding it beer.I would find one close to your place you live,and make sure to ride on you flying creatures so you don’t die.

I tamed two of these beasts without a ghillie suit by flying up to them with my argentavis and feeding them beer then waiting on a high rock. Rinse and repeat. The easiest tames I’ve gotten.

So this dude fastest way to tame is beer, but the problem is u can't put water in there.... U need it to connect to a water receivor using pipes, to connect the pipe with the beer barrel, always use vertical pipe to connect it... And then connect it with at least 5 water reservor to fill it up.... (Tip: Rain only can fill the water reservor so use five for a beer barrel!)

Trap in a box and tame it with some bubbly apple juice…

Taming a chalicotherium is pretty easy all you really need is a jar of more of beer IF your taming speed in your game is set to default or fast and full on ghille armour. When you encounter a chalico make sure to be in the crouch position (press the right joystick) and just sneak behind it and feed it the beer. Make sure to put the beer at the end of your hotbar! I made that mistake many times and almost got killed

I've learned that you CAN use stimberries as another option but it takes 27h so be prepared for a very long tame!

You will need full ghillie and a friend on a strong fighting mount to keep the area clear of strong aggressive dinos. Also DO NOT attempt to cage before taming. He will only take one beer while in a cage, might be a glitch that will be patched but we tested it 4 times. On the 5th we released him and it worked perfectly.

If you want a army of these guys is simple just tame a male and a feamale and breed you may have a chance to get a super mutaions on one

Best way to tame any passive tames for me is feeding it once. Go do some stuff like metal run or something. Come back and the thing will be hungry and the intervals will be shorter

it also drops prime meat good to know for tames

so if you need prime and you see 1 you know what to do

This also tames with stim berries it's not the fastest tame or the best but it's a way.
