What are tips for chalicotherium? Tips and strategies for chalicotherium in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
Run between a brontosaurus’s feet
I was up north and 2 of these guys beat up a Rex.
To tame you just need 7 beer jars
Get it drunk and make it come to your place
Easy way to contain one on a pve server, build a taming raft and lure it inside THEN stear the raft into a hilly embankment so it’s able to walk around on dirt but not pushed from your pen. Keep in mind the moment it’s walking on the ground you have to stop the raft or you might let the chali loose.
How do u breed them do u give em beer?
To tame this creature withojt dieng you need to stay away from the front don't go to close to it either, feed it Stimberries. If it attacks cuz you didn't do what I said... RUN
I went up to one and it said feed stimberries to tame! Then it wrecked my house. It was either a glitch or you can tame them with stimberries as well now instead of bear!!!$$$
They are the only passive-tame Dino that is a big liar. If it says “feed stimberry”, just don’t, unless if you want your funeral.
You Don't need ghille armor at all. Just crouch up behind it.
You can also tame the chalicotherium with stim-berries like so dododex can change it.
They stop often, so you can pillar them in quickly with about 7 well placed pillars. They don't aggro to you at all when in full ghillie and completely prone. Makes trapping and taming them a cinch.
just hold him with a Quetzal is the easiest way to tame it
Build a taming pen with stone doorframes and then aggro with a bird.Next fly vertically upwards then turn back and fill that siege horse with beer!
Just tamed a 150 on a 5x taming unofficial server. DodoDex said 8 beers, which has been fine in the past. This time it took me 13 beers. Not sure what's been changed, but be sure to bring extra while taming! I didn't have to wait the 5+ minutes between the first and second feeding and the time between feedings was much quicker then usual. DodoDex has been notified of this issue.
They eat stimberries but they take 3x longer to tame
This can be tamed with stun berries!!!! Upvote this so Dododex updates it
