There have been THREE of these around my starter base and I have lost count of how many times o have died to one.

I found like three chalicotheriums on the island they mostly appear there

When living near Chalicotherium spawn points, it is best to have a rex or strong dino on neutral following a random dino where you want it so if a Chalicotherium attacks, your base will be defended. If you are on a tame free world or dont want to risk your dinos, use torrents or xplants.

I thought he was passive because I got near him a few times and he didn’t attack me. Then one day I was going back to my base and I saw him again and that time he attacked me I took off into the woods to get him away from my house and guess what I ran into. Two therizinos it’s safe to saw I’m never going up that mountain again unfortunately there are a ton of therizinos near my base so I have nowhere to go and am trapped for eternity.

Found a 140 on genises near by base in the arctic which is near the ice fishing River I going to try and tame it on single player I made 2 beer barely at my bog house.

So I was taking an iguana don near this creature and it kills it for no reason

These are passive just never touch them or go really close

Don’t be fooled by the “non-violent” taming method, because these things would need to be knocked out.

You can kill them if they are a low level.
