So me and my friend have been surviving on this one server for about 2 weeks and we are around lvl 42. We currently live on a raft we each have a rapter and we are thinking about moving in land ever heard a grown man scream at a high pitch? While scouting for a new base location we came across a lvl 150 of these. My freind aproched it and we was still at a fair distance away from it but it was already agrod. This things melee has so much range! I shot it but it had tones of health so we ran back to the raft closed the door and stayed there for a few hours.

Here is the tip. This shit dino use pasive tame method, u can use Araneo / Scorpio to tame it, cause every dinosaur will never attack you if you ride araneo / scorpio (unless you attack them). Always use araneo/scorpio for passive tame

So i tried taming one of these things in south 1 I didn’t know they are passive so massive waste of tranq arrows i just killed it in the end -bob your mid level ark player

On ark mobile u can use stimberries to tame. But if it is a low level it will go up 0.2 percent every time. If it is over level 10 then it will go up 0.1 or less

If you are thinking about stimberries, use 100000, if you don’t have that many, use beer to tame it

Everyone says this dino throws rocks even now, I got news for ya that isn't rocks it's their fecal matter so that's why it doesn't do torpor or even look like a rock. It does apply debuffs for those hit by their crap, this dino is a decent gatherer and it a very good battle mount with a lot of versatility.

These guys are great when they're tamed. They don't go too slow, great at gathering fiber, berries, thatch and wood. They can carry a decent amount and are pretty good at fighting with three attacks: throwing a rock (which provides ranged fighting), a swipe (which affects a wide area in front of and to the sides of it), and a bite (which affects a smaller area in front of it) these all have a big knockback, which means it doesn't take much damage. And the best part, THEY CAN WEAR HATS!

How to tame: Get some Bola's, Some friends, And some beer.Then Bola all your friends and ditch them to get hammered with your new drunken tame

Ok so I had this chali called Ernesto and what I did is a put weight on it so I couldn’t move and when something was attacking i whistle to him to attack and I got a turret of crap

These guys are just like the Gigantopithecus in terms of behavior: They are both naturally peace-loving creatures, however both are seriously enraged if you get too close.

All around good general combat/harvester mount, the swipe attack has great knock back while the rock throw does considerable damage

these pricks yeet balls of dirt at you from any range it can see you at, it will knock you out it if throws enough at you, very, very dangerous to new players, I had 5 spears and a bow and I died to this thing when I was level 12, I never got my stuff back because every time I got there he would throw the dirt at me

just give it beer and soothing balm and ba boom you have your chali

These things attack you if you cross their path

If you want to tame the cow - gorilla , make sure not to knock it down. Just crouch to make less noise and keep beer bottle in your inventory, make sure that the Dino does not see you . Now feed it beer and wait until it's hungry again. Keep doing the same and it will be your.

SUPER EASY TO TAME PEOPLE.... these guys are easy to tame honestly as long as ur not standing straight in front of it or when ur approach from behind do not touch it. If u do your done but as long as u do not look it directly in its face or touch it. It WILL NOT ATTACK YOU. 3 BEERS AND THERE YOURS USUALLY...do this to help the people of ARK

I recommend you tame one of these, they are extremely op. mine has amazing health and damage. not the fastest, but still works
