Anyone know how to tame it without baby Rex?

Don't use a trap. Just go with your offering, preferably a baby rex so that it fills the bar in one feed.

They spawn on extinction at the ice dome edges and outside of it on the corners

You will need at least one or two Rex OR 3 or 4 carno

When it spawns in a giga spawn the giga doesn’t spawn I believe

These guy are fast I’m pretty sure there almost as fast as a gallimimus my cousin had one it was VERY strong I one shot A titano with it. The best way to find one go to the plains on the island. They are not on mobile yet I. The best way to tame them though trap it feed it diplo or bronto corpses do do it to any thing else if you do it to a giga you might do it to your strongest. It’s easy just walk up to it and press forcetame on admin command. Done in 3 seconds

Okay, so it has a very thick, armored back that is fireproof. This will come in handy later.

It has a large throat sac for storing oil. Yeah, oil. And I mean the stuff you mine in the ocean.

It has a large territory that is entirely covered in the oil, that you can harvest, at risk of it attacking you.

It can spit the oil at enemies and then light it by striking its four largest teeth together, making a spark.

Because it can make fire this way, its bite sets you on fire, and its favorite food is cooked meat.

Easy easy tame, it doesn’t agro you when you walk up with a corpse, once you walk up to it and it doesn’t the animation run away and repeat process again, no trap needed. Easiest tame ever.

Are these dudes allowed in bosses up if yes down if no

Just a heads up but you CAN’T bring these guys into boss arenas (excluding certain bosses on Extinction and Fjordur.)
