Bulbdog

Behavior: Passive

The Bulbdog is a cute starter glow-pet found almost anywhere! I seem to find a bunch near the portal (spawn point) though. Wild bulbdogs are passive critters and pose no threat to jerboas and humans alike! Killing one gives you hide and meat, plus a one way ticket on the “Defenders of the Bulbdogs” most wanted list. Once tamed, it shall shower you in cuteness and light. The glow light keeps the one-who-shall-not-be-named away. But BEWARE! The Seekers see this as dinner! They get stronger when in the presence of your glow light (I’m not actually to sure). If you find a Bulbdog, feed it some grub and be on your way. It may even follow you home!

HOW TO TAME

You will need: Taming food (Aquatic Mushrooms are advised).

First, Locate this bundle of joy!

Lastly, Feed it taming food (Mushrooms)

Wow it’s that easy huh?

The best boy. It is a passive tame and can be picked up. They also provide light.

"They're amphibious and cannot drown" whoever said this just reminder that shoulder pets can't drown if they are on your shoulder

Tame with aquatic mushrooms, feed mushrooms/berries/meat, force feed the babies, stamina = light longevity, you can upgrade the light area, you can carry on your shoulder, and they are so freaking deaking cute.

this is a very cute and good tame slobery fish dog with a face only its mother could love. but it can light up. useful for reaper queen impregnation due to light up.

Their light keeps the baddies away. It's a new mechanic called "charge." Having light with you makes you a good bit safer.

To tame this adorable little dude you have to feed it mushrooms they appear anywhere in aberration aquatic mushrooms work best and if you kill them you deserve to die sincerely-anonymous

THEY ARE NOT AMPHIBIOUS, ALL SHOULDER PETS CAN BE UNDERWATER WITHOUT DROWNING AS LONG AS THEY ARE ON YOUR SHOULDER.

The otter god and the jerboa king have sent their messages of warning in protection of their respective shoulder pets... So I too The Defender of the bulbdogs send mine! To any heartless survivors who would consume my brethren as a snack... Beware you heartless souls for you will be found and I as the defender of all bulbdogs shall kill you and use you as sustenance for the bulbdogs so that they can seek out and catch other bulbdog eaters! SOoo bulbdog devouring humans, think about that next time you tuck into the flesh of my glowing friends...

So no one mentions this for Console,To turn Any glow creatures light on when on your shoulder you need to go to emotes and (wait for it) Clap,you clap so it turns on the lights

When they find a max level dino they give a few high pitched barks and u get a buff in the bottom Right of your screen warning you.

Wont attack you and are pretty much the jerboas of aberation. Therefore a must tame.

Cannot drown while on your shoulder. They eat everything once tamed. Best charge pet in my opinion due to them being easy in green zone.

You need a Glow Puppy! Scary things lurk in the dark and these help keep them away. Passive tame, aquatic mushrooms. Carryable on shoulder. Recommended to be your first tame.
