Freed my glitched one stuck in water by disabling special attack, setting target range high, and enabling aggressive when a wild dino was near. He popped out of the water and slithered to eat the wild dino.

Basilisk can't reproduce even though there are the 2 sexes: male and femele

I brought basilisks to valguero to get rid of rock Elementals, turns out rock golems are immune to their poison attack just like with wyverns.

You will use up oxygen while moving/being underground. Oxygen tanks work!

Fall damage is one of its only natural enemies.

Female basilisks still lay eggs while underground, highly recommend using a male if you’re using one to hide loot

When tamed focus points into speed stam to move under ground and health put some MELEE to so you can sneak and get an easy stealth kill

If you are unlucky enough to have buried underwater and dismounted, or are unable to get it back due to it being underground, you must use a transmitter to get it back, upload it then download. If it still is stuck, download at a supply crate.

1 bite on a 150% basilisk inflicts as much torpor as a dart. Use it well time bites 10s apart.

Magmasaurs can shoot them while there underground.

Unfortunately, it can only breed on ascended.

Up so noobs don't try it on evolved

Basilisks deal torpidity that is three times their melee damage. For example, if your basilisk has 500% melee damage it deals 1,500 torpor over ten seconds.

Great to tame other dinos and run away from others (gigas), carry a ton of weight, good dmg, poison (don't leave its behaviour on agreassive, it costed me 3 dinos and 2 dragons to bring this tip to you)

Is immune to jellyfish sting and has no oxygen meter and drains stam very slowly while swimming but sadly isnt as fast as pure aquatic mounts. Overall good amphibious tho.

Tamed a low level that came out with 2000 weight. High level came out with 3000. Decent speed and can fight while hauling heavy cargo. Not immune to radiation tho

It glows in the dark, so be careful.

Can burrow underground and spit poison and it swims pretty decently as well as travel over rocky terrain pretty easily

In case you're wondering about using the basilisk as rock storage, the best weight to leave them at is 3000 before they get the black weight icon and can't carry anything else.

Amazing dino potentially the best one. Do you want to avoid any damage from their spit? Are you sick of killing yourself while using it's poison? Wearing a hazard helm will prevent any damage being taken from any basilisk poison both wild and tamed!
