Lvl 60 on normal tame rate was only 6 eggs but always bring extras just in case.

To tame: build a rectangle, 1 behemoth gate by 3 Dino gate. Put gates only in the behemoth frames. Place eggs in middle, the kite it and trap it in the rectangle with the eggs. Then run in and around the box. Tip: use two ravagers therefore when one gets wounded badly rotate out.

Trap it with stone dino gates as it can't get through them

Drop fertilized rock drake eggs all around it and then kill everything around it and it will eat the eggs and you tamed it

On a 3x event it does not take 2 void eggs to tame a 130, it takes 3 void eggs, you need to fix your taming information on this tame.

idk if this happen to anyone else. I tried taming a lvl 140 basilisk on Crystal Isle. I got it trapped with no damage taken and give it a fert voidwyrm egg. Once eaten the basilisk keep losing taming progress and eventually went to 0. I yried feeding it 2 more eggs and the same thing happen. maybe its bugged or no but this kinda sucks.

Pick it up and drop I in the water. Makes it much easier to tame

This is the best type of snake you can really see it’s scales and you can’t with it’s nice spit really is powerful would recommend.

Basilisks can be tamed with Voidwyrm eggs on genesis part 2.

Not trying to be a smartasss but the basilisk is not a passive tame more like violent tame

id recomend using a invisible rock drake throw a shoulder pet or somthig you dont care about indfront of it let the basilisk kill it and then drop the egg on the corpse of the dead animal and watch your new basilik eat up the eggs then its tamed!!!

Place 4 pillar high with ceiling, then place eggs around pillar. Kite basilisk to pillar and stand on platform. Wear hazsuit as it will spit but cannot directly hit you or bite and will stay agro the whole time

Dont underestimste the smort sneks.

You should be able to tame with wyvern eggs but it should take like x2 or x3 wyvern eggs then rock Drake or magmasaur eggs. Because wyvern eggs are like a million times easier to get.
