If you're playing on a modded server where it can't kill you in a couple hits then I suggest putting stimberries in one of your slots because this thing will knock you out and then kill you while keeping your torpor up

If u find it run far up hills, they will hit the slope with poison not u and lose they by throwing dodos or running through trees zigzag.

Strangely enough, this thing was at portal spawn. Completely wiped out our parasaur mounts and raptor army with ease. However, our 4 bulb dogs manage to make their way into a glitch spot under his belly and take it out untouched!!

Can be found around the Fire Crystal Wyvern pit in the Crystal Isials. It is easy to outrun if you weave between trees or other creatures. A crossbow or gun can easily take down a low level Basilisk.

Ah yes, the Basilisk. It’ll sneak up on you and you party, then separate and murder everyone individually. But not before eating all your tames that rush it for no reason.

Will pop out of the ground as soon as you trigger its aggro range, if you are in foot run towards dodos or parasaurs, as it will redirect its aggression towards another target, allowing you to get out easily. However fo not linger your escape. As it will quickly kill your diverting maneuvered dodo or parasaur. Yust keep heading away from it.

When you encounter this in aberration do be warned as they do shoot giant balls of poison

I encountered one at Lat:60 Lon:40

It spawned on a beachfront so what looked like a beached manta resulted in my fresh pack of 10 DireWolves being massacred

If you've lost your stuff to this guy don't bother trying to get it back because it'll stick next to it. I brought two mate boosted spinos with me and they were both killed (bye bye 4 hours of taming)

These guys are everywhere in Crystal Isles! I’ve found them in the desert, floating islands and that’s about it but loads spawn.

These things for the most part don’t torpor run, they will just fight until they go uncon, or just aggro onto something else. Hard to tame so just k!ll it for the most part unless you can tame it when you see it.

It does not and I repeat DOES NOT get affected by any bear trap, lost my shinehorn.

Watch out in volcano biome on genesis these oversized drugged titanoboas will kill you while you’re trying to complete a hunting mission just by following the tracks, I think it’s because I’m on a rock drake though

One killed me and my 10 bulbdogs at portal. Watch out.

Tek helmet helps tremendously when trying to spot them in thick brush. I have also found them in walls with this.
