WATCH OUT!!! DO NOT think that the water will keep you safe from these things, they swim fast! Took me and my frog off guard, was trying to get away in the water and sat there for a hot sec to regain my frogs stamina then WAM!! I'm knocked off and knocked out underwater.....they killed my frog ;(

I lost my lvl 70 carno to a level 42 baryonx and it killed me

My best tip in taming this thing is carrying your buddy with a pteranodon and then dropping him into the water beside it, he will swim to sure leading the bary behind him(while being torn to shreds), then while the baryonyx is eating him you can casually bola it and then knock it out.

Can't tame with raw fish or cooked fish in primitive as they are fillets instead of meat...

They only tame with fish meat but once tamed they eat normal meat.

On mobile uf ur gonna lvl them with admin when taming, it could get a lil messed up by that id mean he wont attack u, he will run n stuff but after some time it will attack n tame, just empty ur hotbar n fill with berries. Like SO PPL CAN SEE.

Huh this says mid game tame and the saddle is available only at level 49 so what am I supposed to do now because I was lvl 15 when I tamed a bary useing a club and sling and I am now lvl 19 so ummmm...

They have a rather small aggro range so hit it with a bola and shoot it in the face

You can actually bola this guys and club it from behind. Do it many times do. Learned this the hard way.

While trying to tame one of these I think the kibble amount is off? I drop it let it go down and wait for it to be at the right food level then add the kibble. It starts at .01 then half way threw the stack of kibble of 20 is only at 1.0 not even close. It a bug or will it just jump up after ??? Hate to waste the kibble
