Grab it with a skiff so it stays in one place and fly it somewhere safe then tame it

Please can someone tell me what it eats as a baby? I can’t seem to raise them, they keep dying :-( I’ve tried element, shards and dust, nothing works please help

Just grab it with your skiff and take it to the safety of the bridge. You can pet and feed it while you have it held by the skiff.

You can grab them with the hover skiff and then you dismount it will stay trapped then you pet it twice then feed them it element you have to pet it each time

You can use the net gun on them too surprisingly.

First look around if there are voidwyrms nearby and kill them if there are.

Now use a grappling hook and shoot with it on his higher mount.

Then pet him and put element in your hotbar at 0.

Now feed him Element it works like this first he eats 1element then 2 then 3 then 5 and then 10 so bring many element.

Now you have your own space dolphin :D.

Very easy to tame, just pet it and feed it element, vary 50 on you and you ca. Tame any level. crafting the saddle is the fun part.

Beat way to do this is to bug element with the hexagons and then go up to it feed it and pet it then boom you got a space dolphin

Pretty easy to tame just needs a lot of element, follow it around till it’s tamed and MAKE SURE to stay away for voidwyrms they will not be happy with you.

When taming astrodelphis try to avoid large groups of them as they will attack you in large groups and if possible try to get the one you are trying to tame trapped in a corner as this will stop it from running until it manages to get itself unstuck

Be aware there is a food glitch where after tame it will starve itself.

You have to melee atk a creature and eat it to stop it from starving. (You also don't need to unlock the saddle to use it)

I was on my shadow main to get through space faster when taming them but found out they will occasionally agro to the shadow main and go back to 0 so don’t have any tame follow you because I’m guessing it does it with lots of dinos

Step #1 to pet it and feed it come in on the side or the ass and pet/feed it, Step #2 chase it, repeat step #1 and try not to have it love bite u because if that happens it will lose taming efficiency and affinity

Stay glued to it the entire taming process. Makes it alot easier

Tamed a lvl 150 it starved to death within about 5 hrs rediculouse how fast its food dropped. I'm used to dinos going days without needing to feed. I dont know if these creatures are bugged but be warned.

Just make an argy trap on top of one of the space bridges, kite the one you want into the trap, simply close the trap and stay at the back side of the dolphin and continue petting and taming it if you move away for too long you will quickly lose taming efficiency

1 Get about 150 (on 3x settings) element from mining the blue crystals in the space biome (they appear on the "moon" biome)

2 Find a lvl you like

3 Let it follow you to the bridge and get it to Eden or Rockwell's garden bridge

4 tame it by petting it and giving it element
