For context I have been playing this game for a few years but the way I played the game was I would make a base on a new server do all the usual stuff, Get raided and then hop onto a different server. I have around 800 hours typing this and even though I have that much time playing I have never tamed a argy before. I took a long break from the game, but recently I started playing again. I started again on a new server, an official server and I was playing on it for about a week and a half when I started planning to tame a argy. I gathered my materials I planned it out and I got ready. Eventually I went out to find a bird to tame when I came across a couple and I chose the highest level one I could find (lvl 95). So I setup my taming pen, I lay out my sleeping bags, and I place down a storage box. I lead all other dinos away from the area and I begin Kiting my bird of choice into the pen. The taming pen works and it’s trapped, I start shooting it with tranqs when eventually it falls unconscious, I set the timer and I wait. I was playing on official so it took around 3-ish hours to complete. The whole time I am paranoid that something is gonna go wrong because I’m playing ark and ark is never a game where anything goes right (at least from my experience). So I’m just waiting, looking and searching for things that would mess up my day for the whole 3 hours of time it took to tame the argy. One of the birds I lead away from my trap came back and it brought a friend too. It came very close a few times and one time it did start attacking me so I lead it away again. These three hours were to most terrifying hours of my life cause I’m just waiting for something to go wrong and I keep hearing animal noises at night. But eventually my bird finishes taming. She is all white with black legs, feet, and talons. I name her Artemis after the Greek god of the hunt. Now Artemis was my best tame I had at the time (I had a raptor and a pteranodon as well). and I bring her back home. I used her for everything after that, I explored the map with her, I tamed new dinos with her, and more. Now I always wanted to make a tree house base and I have a awesome bird that can carry 1k pounds of stuff and has 1k stamina. so I get to work on one, And for the next week that is what I would be working on, and Artemis is what I would be using every second of it. I Made a simple base in the trees ( two floors each two walls tall, then a 4 wall tall animal pen area). After a week in I’m almost done and the only things left to build are a few more walls, a roof, and the animals pen walls. Now I really like Carnos, I think they look cool and so I wanted to tame one that I could take out and just roam around with every now and then. So I’m getting some materials for finishing my base when I spot a really good level Carno. So I grab my rifle and some darts and I tranq it out, and while I’m waiting for it to get hungry I go out to get some prime ( there were a few Diplos and Paracers nearby that I saw a while ago so I went to kill them for prime). I didn’t have enough prime for the whole tame but there was a lvl 5 alpha Carno nearby that I had lead away from where I gathered stone for my base. And I start attacking it, it’s really bloody and my Artemis’s health is still above half when my controller dies. So I freak out trying to find batteries, I got the batteries and I’m fumbling to put them in when Artemis dies, I die, and my lvl 150 perfect tame otter Ollie dies as well. I would have won if my stupid controller didn’t die. This happened last week and I haven’t played on that server since. I started playing on single player instead where if my batteries do die mid battle the game pauses instead of having my tames die. RIP Artemis and my Otter Ollie.

Shadow Hawk the agrentavis chapter 2: after dropping him off I headed home. And repeated by schedule. But this time I check on the human every 2 days. It made a home there and sometimes I see it grabbing rocks and punching trees on the beach. But it got attacked by a raptor! It turns out he knocked out the raptor! It woke up and now it's his friend. He rides it around and attacks small animals. Putting it's meat on the campfire. I grab all the humans stuff including his raptor and him. I put him on a safe beach. And I'll see him soon on that island. (Chapter 3 coming soon)

Shadow Hawk the argentavis chapter 1: hey, I'm a argentavis. I'm named shadow hawk becuase of my black color with gray wings and blue tips. I'm one of the biggest agrentavis! I'm very special. You'll see why! I was wandering the winter. Usually I get a small meal, fly around, get a wolf with my talons, then get a monkey with my beak. I'll head home then. And I'll feed my babies the monkey and eat the wolf. Then I repeat and sleep sometimes. This time I found a human! I felt bad for it kinda... it was freezing in the weather! So I picked it up and brought it to the red flying thing.. never found out what it was.. But i dropped him off there. (Chapter 2 coming soon)

I had a level 115 named Hugo ever since I started the game. I got him at lv 10. I pumped everything on him, especially speed and melee. I highly recommend argies! Their the best! An all around great mount, their a must have. Although sadly Hugo died to a pack of dire wolves, he's still my favorite Dino :(

so uh.. I tamed a lvl 30 argy and I named her Osiris and she lived till day 390 and I was in the caves trying to get a female megalo for my male but a pack of allos attacked her (she was lvl 70 on easy mode???) like how- even my Baryonx could kill them

I’m making argy army to kill the desert titan and I have my breeders with the stats I need raising I hope to get 100 of them to kill the titan so far I have 6… 2 females so this will take awhile but here’s my plan

While I get the 100 I’ll level them up to 10,000 health and a lot of damage unless it’s the one I’ll ride the one I ride will have 10,000 health 2k Stam and rest in damage and at birth I name them AFA Soldier 1 or what argy I’m at wether it’s 99 or 5

Good for low lvl, specially for starters. As i has a lot of weight capacity and also has the grip ability to transport dino.

I once made stego kibble and brought tranq arrows and stuff im like, ok imma tame an argent so i flew on my pteranodon there, knocked a lvl 3 unconsious ( this was at red peak btw) gave it stego kibble, taming... 87% wut?!? i flew back home, got prime fish meat from the local leed, and flew back, bringing tranq arrows and a bow, and flew back to where i was, just to see if it was still unconsious... and it was! I gave it the stuff and named it aurum, and, oh no, my pteranodon was being attacked by a saber... i come down to help her and it says, your pteronodon killed a sabertooth! we flew back. the end. aurum has a mate named argentum now and they are happy campers same with my pteranodon. the end.

So I was on a journey to find an equus and tame it and I found like 30 of them just chillin by a 230 lvl equus... darn

Hey back again with an argent story and.. this one is sad so in single player i set out to find an argy in the grand mountain and i knowcked out a first argy and coudnt find it now knocked out a second one and.. this is the sad part i went back to base to get some swords and came back so my pteranodon died my fall damage it was bad and couldnt get up it was tough she was always on my side i cant move on without her

So here I am, lvl 76, doing alll the research to breed my two Argy's for the first time. I tried to encumber them (that didn't work), then I built a small "breeding house" (no, I refuse to call it a brothel).

Finally, after HOURS of encouraging mating and setting the mood: I GOT A FERTILIZED EGG!

I built a second smaller house and then learned the engrams I needed for A/C. ALL OF THEM. Spent hours gathering resources. Set up the AC, tossed in the egg and it was still too hot. So I rode allll the way out to my Iceland camp and used trial and error to get the temp right. Finally, the egg incubated.

THEN it hatched.

Or should I say, THEY HATCHED!

I got triplets. All male. Go me.

A 2% chance is still a 2% chance! Also, I have no idea how to get these suckers to imprint so wish me luck

Ok back when I was a noob I saw 2 of these guys fighting a Rex and I thought if I helped them kill it they would be my friend nope they ate me now my favorite tame in mobile is my argy bary and spinos.

For the person who had the Arge, Toriel, go to your base and request them with the tame menu, which you access in the survivor thing where you put on armor. They’ll come back but with nothing in their inventory, go on try it. It costs nothing but the tames inventory items. The implant won’t disappear btw

After going on a taming spree, we were flying to get 2 argies but only found one and a good base to raid. Holly is an Argy who takes the Christmas spirit to the next level. Her feathers are the Holliday colors of Christmas. Holly is feeling lonely so we are going to tame a new Argy for her. New names? Leave it in the name section. Merry Christmas!

Bob awakes to muffled sounds around him. Everything is blurry. He shuts his eyes and opens them back up again several time for better clarity. He then opens them up again. “Hello there. I see you are awake?” A voice says. “Who...are...you..?”bob manages to sputter out. “I’m Jackie. I’m with the resistance. You are at our headquarters.” “Oh thank the oversear...” bob says. He is too tired to ask anything more for now. However he is on edge for he still has a mission to complete. But for now bob feels he can rest.... Much needed rest.

While searching for one of those Argies, I've found, being attacked by a scorpion, when He was sleeping. I rescued him, and tamed him. Named him Feniks (Phoenix), and we were the Best companions on the server. Now, sad thing; on the 2nd January, server will be reseting, which means that EVERYTHING will disappear, which makes me cry, but I can dind another one, which will take some time. I hope, that I'll found gim on the first dsy. Wish me luck, guys.
