If your not looking for them they are everywhere(at least for me lol

They spawn at herbivore island for my first sighting was there.

Chomp a Cnidaria for an attack buff, similar to the Megatherium bug buff.

Once buffed clearing the water caves and/ or Alphas is a breeze on these.

On rag they spawn east, right next to the desert between some rocks in the ocean. Hope this helps!

These large turtles have a large amount of health, and have damage reduction similar to the carbonemys. Aim for the head and fins to avoid reduced damage. Along with damage reduction, they are immune to torpor. They are often attacked by other water dinos, so prepare for other dinos to come fight both you and the archelon.

If you use the steampunk ascent gene scanners Dino finder ability the archelon appears on the list…. Without the mod installed. And a new spawn command has been found. Can’t Remember it exactly though.

Huh, it seems that these guys occasionally hang out with jellyfish, at least on the island map. Keep an eye out for that bluish glow in deep waters. Just don’t get stung, y’all know the drill. Oh, and watch out for those ninja plesiosaurs.

I saw one on my colossal squid( my name suggestion for dinosaur other one) and I grabbed it then it somehow bit my squid to death and I swam back up but drowned.

On Rag they spawn quite frequently west of the desert between rocks in the ocean. Just be careful with the alpha meg that spawns there too. Hfgl
