If you need metal and also have an argentavis, then this tip is for you!! *works best with a friend.*

• Carry the anklo using the argentavis to a mountain. Have someone ride the ankle, and someone else ride the argentavis.

• fly close to a metal rock, and swing the anklo's tail!

• Do this till your argentavis has a full amount, but just enough to fly.

• Fly back to your base and enjoy!

1: Find Ankylosaurus

2 : if you have an Argentavis, take it to a taming pen or other desirable place for taming.

3 : Start filling it with tranq arrows. Walk backwards while shooting it in the head..

4 : When it tries to run away, use it’s slow turning speed to keep a line of sight to it’s head.

5 : Now that it’s knocked out, you can start taming it with berries or other.

Don't even need a trap. Just make sure the area is safe then tranq it. These guys are slow, so just don't be so next to them and you'll be fine. After knocked out, you'd better want a strong dino to protect it, because Ankylos take long to tame without kibble. And that's it, you'll have one of the best farmers of the game, very easy tame

I found an infinite damage glitch. What you need to do is take the ankylo (works on other herbivores and some carnivores) ride it and attack something before it hits the target use the spyglass now you found an infinite damage glitch . It works on the spino and rex but the stacks are lower . Works on stego and bronto too but make sure you have a saddle

Once tamed they can traverse steep mountains pretty easily unlike other creature like pulmonoscorpius, which is good when you don't have argies in early game when farming metal also you can use it for luring purposes since you can use weapons and tools when riding an anky. Just go to a steep mountain and lure wild creature then watch them slide while you shoot them in the face.

If you put Anky on 'set wandering' and then carry it with an Argentavis, they will passively collect metal whilst you fly. Sometimes temperamental, but a very easy fast way to collect metal

Sprints slower than your character walking backwards (literally). Easiest tame ever

Steps on how to tame a ankylosaurus:

The anky is great for harvesting metal,crystals,flint,and obsidian.

Here’s the easiest way to tame

1. build four stone foundation with 16 door frames four on each side, find whatever anky you want pick it up with your argy and drop in the trap.

2. It need about 25 tranq arrows just in case

Have about 65 narcotics just in case it’s high lvl

3. Feed it mejo berries.

Another way to do it is to just run and shoot. However you wanna do it! -Boycicle

When I tamed one it was on one edge of the map and my base was at the other edge. Fastest way to transport these is with the request command from the tames thing the only bad thing is that you will lose it’s inventory so just take everything I wanted to mine obsidian I requested it and took my obi and requested it at my base back

Herbivore island is a good place to find them…around the beach area

When I was on a adventure with Blue,Charlie and my superweapon the Rext 5000 a Tyrannosaurus Rex I was harvesting stone and flint a wild Carno attacked me the Rext 500 ran away I found a flock of Ankylosaurs near me so I decided to hide in the flock then the Carno was dead and I'm never going back to that island

Very good for (metal) its easy to tame but get a one with more levels then 20 - 50 because it need wight hope this helps
