Ankylosaurus are passive herbivores that can be safely tamed by tranquilizing them from a distance in a cleared area, then feeding berries or kibble while maintaining their torpor. They excel at gathering metal, flint, stone, berries, and other resources, while their armor and powerful tail make them effective defensive mounts despite their slow speed. When encountered, avoid close combat and use ranged attacks, as they have high health and deal heavy melee damage; carrying one with a flying mount can simplify relocation.
