The amargasaurus seems to be the only agressive creature that attack you first. Shure the murder chicken and mr Lego my stego does aswell. But they don't have the same agro range as amargasaurus. You could use that giga trap for a decent approach. Just with less costly structures like stone and maybe adobe. There's also brick but since primitive plus is broken theres no point in trying. You could also make a foundation for the sky. Make Shure to place a roof above where amargasaurus is so you don't get burned, frozen, or lose your armor.

They are passive so you can just walk right up to them but only do it if you have no tames so it doesn’t get mad. Then you just feed it some mejoberries and tame it. It is a great beginner tame

They’re a passive tame but very aggressive so you’ll need to be sneaky

To tame a amagmasarus you must help it hunt by helping it kill the dinos it aggro’s on the will slowly tame them press an arrow if it’s helpful

Takes 400 prime meat to tame. If you got 4 h then also knocks out with shock charging traq

Go to 85.5/60 with a quetz or wyvern. Build a 10x10 trap 3 walls high and use flyerto drop carnos, thylos, and other carnivores into it. Lead amarga to that spot and go ham. Good luck, mates.

So my amrgasuarus always loses it taming and I have to restart and it is really annoying has this happened to anyone else

How to tame:kill creatures with it until bonded (NOT A PASSIVE TAME) how to know your bonded is that it will run away (I think) when you hit it ( like if helpful )

They aren’t worth it tbh… I personally like to tame every creature but this thing is not worth what you must do to tame it

To the idiot who asked if this is a mod and will it be on Xbox it PS4 nothing in the dododex is a mod to look at mods you go to the steam Workshop. Also if pc gets a new Dino wildcard is good and makes sure ps4 and Xbox gets it too

Should I tame a breeder pair of amargasaurus or dinopithecus? Up for amargasaurus, down for dinopithecus

Once again WC introduces a new creature with a broken taming mechanic, don't bother taming unless you have a good group of 2+ people helping you because no matter what happens this creature will turn aggressive as soon as it loses about 20% of its health even if you don't hit it even once, tested this multiple times and it seems impossible to tame one solo.
