When I ride these guys, not many things agro.

These thing's pack leader makes a slightly different attack sound than normal allos.

Tame at leat 3 then it will make an alpha and it will get bonus bleed damage or D.O.T (damage over time) and will slow the target down

Everyone hyping up the pack boost for no reason when allos don't even follow the pack leader allo passively when tamed unless whistled follow to the leader allo, which will make them only follow and refuse to attack, or if you set the pack leader allo to aggressive and the other allos to neutral (good luck having your other neutral tames also follow the pack leader allo)

Allos DON'T stay alone until another allo gets close enough, instead they will always spawn together in packs of 3. When an allo finds another allo they will join forces and form a pack, because it is coded in the game that dinos tend to wander near other dinos of the same species. The highest level allo becomes the leader once the pack reaches a size of NOT 3 BUT AT LEAST 2 allos. A pack of allos will usually follow each "others" no matter what, since it is coded in the game that if any dino gets aggroed then goes to a location, any dinos near that one will follow it. IF WILD They usually follow the leader, if tamed they will NOT passively follow the leader but can follow a different allo if say a plaver calls over that specific allo to follow him If they wander too far from each other the bond will be broken and the allos will set off on their own until they find each other again or other allos. Once a pack reaches a certain size the allos will stop accepting other allos in their pack. The same goes for tamed allos. Once they reach the max pack size of 15 and more allos are introduced your original 15 allos and the new allos will form different packs. DEV should swap the bleed damage and duration of Allos with those of Thyla. From a solo player's perspective, Allos, as a group of creatures, lack the maneuverability of a solo mount like Thyla. It's difficult to control your mount and other Allos simultaneously while fighting a giant creature. When you have a large group of Allos, you'll inevitably direct all of them to attack a hostile mob. Therefore, Allos prioritize damage, while Thyla emphasizes attrition and skillful maneuvering. You have unlimited time to control Thyla, dodging Titan attacks while simultaneously weakening the Titan, but you don't have unlimited time to ride an Allos attacking a Titan while simultaneously controlling other Allos to approach you and dodge Titan attacks.

This dino is by far my favorite. If you can manage to find 3 120 allos you will be close to unstoppable. When you have 3 allos( doesn't matter what genders) the highest level will be considered the "alpha", this means the alpha can do bleed affects which causes damage over time as well as slows you down temporarily. When getting a pack of allos or a allo the only stats that ever need to be pumped is stamina, melee damage, and movement speed. Hope this helps! 😄

Good to have on ase ragnarok fight with you because you can have them bleed the rock elementals

Fun Fact: Allosaurus had a bite force no better than a lion, but it could gnash it’s prey, instantly killing them. It was around the same power as the T. Rex’s bite force, so the gnash ability in ARK is super realistic!

Very powerful at high levels. Upgrade mainly stamina as they don’t have a lot, along with health and melee obviously. A pack of three or four 150’s can eat almost anything in their path. A single high level allo is good for light expeditions and scrapes with theras, carnos, and the average rex.

The Allosaurus is a very useful creature, they can be used for meat harvesting, base guards, kibble, etc. Allos are also very useful for bosses, I would recommend mixing some of these (preferably mate boosted) with rexes for the bosses.

Utilities:

- Pack Creature + Gnaw ability and a roar

- Good for farming meat

- Good for Midgame against creatures like rexes

- Additional damage if it's an alpha in a pack

- Lethal Dpm

- Useful for taking down creatures with a tremendous healthpool like the Titano and Giga with the gnaw ability

Disadvantages and others:

- Sh*tty stamina

- Kinda hard to tame

- Annoying asf when encountered with a ground tame

- Death sentence to a tamed giga/titano when bitten by a pack leader

They spawn on my metal farming mountain😓
