I once knocked one out by kicking it repeatedly with an equus (no tranq darts used) but I don’t recommend this method if your equus is low level or the allosaurus is high level.

Just feed it gigas and if you have done that then y in the flip are you wanting a allo? 😂😂😂

I prefer to kidnap them with my Quetz and bring ‘em to “trap island” (herb island) and throw them in trap. Tranq ‘em and bam! you have yourself an allo.

Ascended: I built a 3x3 box with 3 high short doors with a stone ramp to the top. I was able to get 3 Allos to come up the ramp fall into the box. Had to run the others off a cliff bc they wouldn’t fit. No they won’t hurt the body’s of the ones that get tranq’d first. Tamed 3 in one shot! Had to walk them across the map which took an entire day though! We want Cryopods!!!! Wtf

you cant tame because they allways have an alpha near. they are super buff. unless you can kill 1 reg and an alpha and knock 1 and take care of ANY other distractions, this would be easy to knock out

When I am taming these things, I usually single out the pack leader, and lead that one into a trap far away from the other allos in the pack. Generally if they are split up, they will ignore any allo you lead away.

Here are some steps to get a allosaurus

Step1:tame 10 dilophasaur

Step2:get crossbow with 25 arrows

Step3:when knocked out put dilos on passive

Step4:feed meat

Step5:enjoy your allo

After you've knocked one out get a wooden club and keep hitting it so it stays knocked out

if your a 50 or 80 level and you found a pack of allo's ready some tranq arrows narcotics kill all the higher ones tame the lowest one because if your trying to tame a high one like a level 256 its hard if its low like 12,15,5,1 thats easy to tame and when you tame it it already levels up and if you train it or hunt some food with it you can level it up more.

I recommend knocking out the one you want to tame first then killing the others I used a journey man rifle and it only took two tranq darts for a lvl1 then it’s pretty easy to tame afterwards
