I knock 2 of these guys by standing on a rock of the mountains on the redwoods, i knock both of them one by one because when they're in a pack, they can't split so when one of them is torpor running but the other one is still aggroed on you they'll eventually come back and try to bite you until they get knocked out. I tame 2 allo with just 70+ tranq arrow and a crossbow that's all.

Don’t even try to knock it out off of a ledge. I fell off and got munched to death! Make 4 stone gateframes and doors for it and make a trap with it. I finally got the Allo I’ve always wanted!

Remember which allo you should tane because you can lead the pack of a cliff forcing the to seperate from each other.

What I did is run into a small crack between two rocks and got the alpha stuck and killed the other two and used trans to knock him out then I used normal meat and some narco berries and He was up in 15 mins

Put some distance between you and it before you tranq it, preferably higher ground because they are fast. I highly recommend bolas

Tame a boy and a girl, breed them and get more allosaurus.

You also have to be shorll it's knock out

Let ur tribe carry u with an argie and light em up with trank but don't kill the allosaur like an idiot

Build a raft with a large pen on the front with a ramp on one or both sides and run! Or if it’s close enough to the shore drive the pen part over the Allo it will “raise” in to the pen so you can tame it

Death % on crossbow is 99%. DO NOT USE CROSSBOW. I've lost 4 Allos so far.

To escape a full pack of allos whip out your trusty bola then simply throw it at your nearest tribemate and run. Worked for me...

Kill The Two Normal Ones And Tame That Alpha

Be careful when trying to knock it out. The info on tranq arrows needed are completely off from this app. Needed more than double than was shown in app.

I tamed a lot of allos so the best thing to do is get tranq darts and large bear traps. Lure them in the bear traps then surround them with a lot more and then just shoot it works very well

Youll need alot nore tranq arrows or darts than it says

they spawn in groups i tamed 3 at once using a taming pens with dino gates and a ramp this way i could easily get a large pack for a raid

Make a taming pin.. just spent 45 minutes and around 350 trans arrows corraling two Allo's (Lag and maybe a bad shot) ..they take more arrows than the app says. I was using a masfercraft bow..flee mechanic is no joke

Given the circumstances kill the alpha to take away the boost. Or you can kill the 2 others so you can tame the higher level Allosaurus. (I suggest doing this in a relatively open spot so if you need to get meat and other supplies you will be able to find it easily without effectiveness dropping.
