Taming & KO Tips

How do I tame a allosaurus? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a allosaurus.
The best way to tame I found is if you have a wyvern and pick up the highest level and drop it in a 6x6 foundation with 3 levels of doorways on all sides makes it too easy to tame these beauties.
A good trap for them is a 4~6 gateway long trap with a gate on each end as it can fit through gateways
If you find them in a pack try lead one of them a way then do the knock ot and stab meet up is but
If u get a few equus to 5000 about u can tame them that’s how I tamed four of my allow on rag
I find the easiest way to tame them is to build a 2x2 trap out of stone with a ramp. Even easier, take a quetzal or a wyvern (crystal ones don’t work) and drop it into a taming pen! (Make it pretty big using door frames instead of walls so you can shoot through them!)
Duo method: take Tapejara and fly over allo and let friend Tranq out if need steam then land on side of tree and shoot from Dere
I put those large steaks/pointy trap by my house. Went out to get stuff and accidentally hit one of these demons..ran home and it killed itself. The steaks are a huge help. Plus you get lots of meat and hide. But you gotta be sure to outrun them and have a sleeping bag handy in case you die
Here is a trap I Always used to tame allos: a six by three stone foundation with 2 layers of stone at surrounding the foundations Apart from the front and place dino gateway with gate in it and bam! You have an allo trap for tamin, enjoy
Kill the other allos and use a chain bola to get the highest level
Is it just me or is the allosaurus broken on mobile Every time I leave my base my allos teleport outside my base and end up in random places near my base another thing is they don’t want to lay eggs but I have 2 males and 2 females and a oviaraptor
Randomly found 2 yesterday, male and female lvls 150. (Center) by the center of the map next to one of the rivers.
Built a 4x2 stone open box and 2 wide ramp.
Agroed them both in simultaneously.
Took ~80 tranq bolts and 110 narcotics each!
Managed to grab prime fish meat from river to speed it along.
Both now over 200 and destroy everything even alphas. (Haven't seen alpha rex yet)
They fit through the regular dino gateway, so build a pen 2 walls tall with one gateway on a side, if there’s a group of allos you can either kill them before or after trapping them, if you have a flyer this is a joke, super easy
I tried to trap it in a Argy trap to separate the pack
Bruh just find a rock and shoot it with a tranq dart
Get a group of friends and surround it from all sides. Then have you and your group all tranq arrow it
The allosaurus spawns by mountains and in thickly wooded forests. The way mine spawn is the alpha, and the second highest level are stuck inside each other, unable to move. While the lowest level is loose. Kill the lowest level, and then sit back and shoot. Even when you knock out one of them, the other still can't move. You then have the option to tame both.
If searching for a female for allo kibble to tame royal griffin, find a solo one (not that rare but not that common). They’re the hungriest and tames fast. Tamed a solo one before, (it’s pack of males left to run after the unicorn I once found at the red peak) the next day it’s so hungry it almost insta tamed.
Do NOT listen to Dododex I tried to tame a level 150 with tranq arrows and I used over 100 and It was still standing Dododex said it takes 64 😡 so remember bring over 150 tranq arrows
So, a lot of tips say to separate and kill off the others in the pack to get the one you want...Capture all 3, rolling in a pack with mate boost and the Alpha attack, these things are pure killers, I used a taming raft, used and Argy to lure them up the ramp. Took a bit to get all 3 in, but then just sailed back to base, knocked them out and tamed the entire pack, One on its own is okay, Mated boosted pack with Alpha to ride, you will not regret the extra resources used
Here's a tip trap it before it can kill its self or joins a pack
