When I ride these guys, not many things agro.

I’m guessing if ur reading this you are like me, and got here from the belly of an allo.

Good to have on ase ragnarok fight with you because you can have them bleed the rock elementals

Here is how dangerous they are by their pack size

1 - Easy to tame or kill, just watch their speed

2 - Can prove difficult to tame or kill but sometimes they spawn inside each other, immobilising the whole pack

3 - Difficult to tame or kill because of the pack buffs

4 - A daunting task to try and tame or kill

5 - Can really only be tamed with ascendant crossbow/rifle or by separation

6 - Just leave them alone

7 - Get out of there quickly

8 - RUN

9 - Say goodbye

10 - Able to kill Alpha Rex and Giga

11 - Titanosaur has never seen such scary

12 - Ark itself will literally uninstall itself out of fear

13 - The police will remove Ark from you

14 - Mass genocide

These thing's pack leader makes a slightly different attack sound than normal allos.

On the island, I accidentally brought OVER 10 ALLOSAURS TOGETHER and........... all hell broke loose.

Tame at leat 3 then it will make an alpha and it will get bonus bleed damage or D.O.T (damage over time) and will slow the target down

Remember that the alpha will always be the highest level dino, so if the alpha is low level none of them are worth taming.

If you have a tuso and you have a problem with a pack of these near your home then lure the allos to the river/sea/lake you keep the tuso in and use the tuso to grab the weaker allosaurs of the suffice and drag them under to drown and harvest the meat then when only the pack alpha is left grab it too and hold it over the beach so when it knocks out it falls unconscious on the beach and then you can tame it with the meat of the others! 😁

To the person who says taming in ark is crazy: ark has the dinos forget that you were the one who knocked the Dino out. Then you feed it and it wakes up and loves you for helping it.

Try to make them fall into a ravine. Flyers help with this tactic. Or better, look for some that spawned or fell into one. There’s a ravine on my SP game where there are around 11 allos that fell into it. After getting them into a ravine, kill off all but the one you’d like to tame. Proceed in taming as usual.

DEV should swap the bleed damage and duration of Allos with those of Thyla. From a solo player's perspective, Allos, as a group of creatures, lack the maneuverability of a solo mount like Thyla. It's difficult to control your mount and other Allos simultaneously while fighting a giant creature. When you have a large group of Allos, you'll inevitably direct all of them to attack a hostile mob. Therefore, Allos prioritize damage, while Thyla emphasizes attrition and skillful maneuvering. You have unlimited time to control Thyla, dodging Titan attacks while simultaneously weakening the Titan, but you don't have unlimited time to ride an Allos attacking a Titan while simultaneously controlling other Allos to approach you and dodge Titan attacks.

Okay if ya want one you must prepare bc they are a pack of 3 you can tame the three or kill 2 and tame the alpha of the pack (the alpha have the highest lvl) Like if help -Diego

When you encounter these things, just remember they run faster than most land Animals, so follow these tips correctly.

Build a 2x2 pen with stairs

Find a allo vera

Shoot it

Lure it into trap, and run as soon as it drops in.

Tame it.

Decent for boss fights because the pack bonus lets them do as much damage as a Rex and their small size let’s more hit the boss at once

Kill all its friends than tranq it out on a ledge, your going to want to tame the one with the yellow/red glow

The Allosaurus is a versatile predator capable of massive ambushes when you never expect it. The thing to do is spot them before they spot you. As soon as you spot an Allosaurus, RUN. Unless you are experienced and in a tribe capable of felling THREE of these mini-Rexes, then get outta there! If you're going to Allosaurus territory and it's hard to see, bring a few things to help you.

- Torches (will help you spot at night)

- Traps (will help you escape at least one of these bad boys)

- Whatever can Kill it (self-explanatory)

To tame one is easy.

First find a pack, kill the lower level ones so the effect goes away.

Get it to chase you

If it stops pick up a Dino (argy recommended)

Make a stone trap, One stone gateway and door, 5x5 stone walls, wooden ramps on one side

Bring the all into the trap

If you did it right then you should be Abel to shoot him with tranq darts through the walls

When it starts to run get into the trap and shoot
