These little fricks spawn in packs of three or more

They always travel in packs, if one of them is glowing, that’s the alpha, all Allosaurus in the area follow the alpha, it also has a special ability which causes more damage than a regular bite, best thing to do is just run, or fly away if you have a flyer nearby.

They are most common in redwood forests, remember they always spawn in groups

Much more dangerous than the overrated Rex...especially since they almost always come in packs. It's rare enough to find them in pairs and finding one alone is about the chance of finding a titanosaur. Rex ignores Allo packs... That says a lot when you consider the fact that Rex would attack anything less than another apex carnivore in their vicinity without pause even to the point of death. Sometimes It's easier to take on a pair of low level Rex than three of these dangerous predators. However they are not that special as tames tho, unless you're willing to fill up at least 5 tame slots with allos and form a pack, then they get really formidable.

These things were everywhere when trying to find a carno to be one of my dinos to go in the cool corner in my base jn the redwoods.

This dino is just as fast as a Giga and can climb about the same obstacles; What it does not have in power (if alone), it has in agility and small size.

You kill it, you tame it, you jump in the water and swimm away or simply mount a faster creature, but never ever think you can outrun this thing on foot, that won't happen.

If you encounter one of these make sure to run if you have high movement speed. If you don't just stay and fight them off one by one most effective thing is using a sword or a bow of any kind

I usually find them in packs of 2 or 3. They are pretty fast,you can only outrun them if you are at high level.

One Allosaurus is the alpha, while the others are it's mates or a beta male. Like humans find value in forming a tribe, the Allosaurus has evolved to hunt in packs. It's saw-shaped teeth leave it's prey bleeding and maimed, making escape difficult. Once an Allosaurus slows a creature with its cutting bite, the rest of its pack quickly closes in for the kill.

So this happened just recently all of my tames well except one of them took out three allos and it was as the server was restarting for daily maintenance they aren't that high a level but I don't suggest you go and take ur tames to fight some allos I'm a pretty high level so even if i am I don't just battle allos

Pretty easy to tame had a hrad time findin one but its my main mount

I killed 3 with my bare hands and a spike wall, sure I died like, 8 times but still, I killed a whole pack of 4

There was 7 allosaurus and I didn't see them and was on my argy and next secand I was being murdered and so was my level 147 argy

I saw a pack of these and managed to split them up. I took the highest leveled one to the beach. I built a trap for it and everything. Then just when I were about to close the gate I accidentally dismounted my pteranodon (He was a level 120 and was red with black wings). I panicked and closed the gate. I tried to whistle him to follow me but he didn’t. To late I realized that I should’ve whistled him on passive first. remember to always have your pets set to passive when trying to trap or tame anything.

Personally I just find a relitivly high cliff, bring about 100 to 150 bullets and take out the packs that spawn near my base

So get an argy really high level and upgrade it's health and stamina and melee and then you'll have yourself an allo killer

These cannot be picked up by a Quetzal. I tried multiple times.
