These guys are weak on their own, slightly worse than a rex but faster and have more stamina. In packs, they are a force of pure destruction, the alpha of the pack will cause a bleed effect. Because they’re are so many of them in a pack, their damage increase by a lot, 7/10 would recommend

place any foundation get a gate must be small and place it on the foundation and put door frames on the foubdations and shoot with tranqs and there you got a dino (tamed 2 argents, 1 allo, 1 theri, 3 wolfs with this trick)

I don’t recommend taming until you have tranq darts

To tame follow these steps:

1:find an allosaurus group

2:kill all allosauruses besides the one you want to tame

3:take a dino that you have that has a bunch of health and bait it

4:knock the allo out by shooting it in the head with your tranq darts

5:give it prime meat

6:guard it with your life

This thing is smol rex that behaves like raptor. I know them for constantly escaping my Dino happy land (the giant area around my base that I sealed off with a fence) for absolutely no reason at all. It was also incredibly hard to get the female Allosaurus so that they could reproduce and get a massive pack.

Where the heck are these guys!!!!!!!

These guys spawn like CRAZY on ragnarok highlands. i once had my base there, the highlands offer great creatures, so i was riding my equus and i see a group of allo’s. I think: it’s just some allo’s, can’t be that bad. So i just ignored them. Not even a minute later i came across another group, and other minute later i see ANOTHER group. This kept repeating and it was annoying. I came back to my base and saw a group of allo’s killing my dino’s. My base had almost no dino’s. Nothing else spawned, ONLY ALLO’S. I ended up killing the allo’s and things went back to normal, but to this day they still spawn (not as much). Idk if this is just a glitch or not, but it was very annoying

Everyone who reads this I recommend that you bring about 50 tranquil arrows along with a crossbow. Please like this so that more people can see it

There is a spawn glitch where 2 of them spawn and are stuck on eachother usually when I hit them they either get unstuck or despawn but once neither happened and that day I got 2 free Allos

How to tame:

Have 20 narcotics

Have 20 toxic arrows ( have free after casto tame quest )

Have a Crossbow

Kill the Alpha before or kill the other bcuz the Alpha will be a normal allo

Have 10 prime meat

Knockout in a clean and safe local

Give da 10× prime meat and the 20 Narcotics

Go to home and don't care Abt it when is on 70%+ or 80%+ tamed

I've tamed a Theri and a Sarco (and my griffin I wanted to tame got away cuz it chased a stupid Pteranadon)but yeah,get 4 stone Dino gateways and 2 Dino gates,place the gateways in a line like this | | | | (the lines represent the gateways) and put the gates at the ends(NOT ON INSIDE),make sure there aren't any gaps that they can fit through or glitch through cuz THEY WILL GET YOU,anyway,moving on from that,once you make your trap (on flat ground cuz I forgot to add that) find an allo,if there is a pack,I suggest run as fast as you can to a Dino they'll get distracted by,or if ur on a mount that can run,then don't even worry about the Dino just run,and if the mount can fight,then beat the heck out of the lowest lvls (if u want high,if just wanted low then beat the high) and lead the last one into the trap,after that,knock it out with tranq arrows (idk how many,but I suggest atleast 2 stacks tho) with a crossbow,if you don't have crossbow I think bow works too,but if you use crossbow than shoot it and wait about 5-7 secs (like with griffin so you don't kill it) between each shot,then when it's knocked out,shove some prime or cooked meat down it's throat and then BOOM you've got an allo,and this trap can be used multiple times,cuz like I said in beginning it helped me tame Sarco and Theri,thanks for reading and sorry this is so long,bye!

Allo’s are a painfully underrated cave Dino but they’re actually able to easily travers a lot of the caves on the island and in fact most caves don’t have any creatures that will attack an allo meaning that you can just walk straight through the cave

Like Giga these guys have a gnash effect but the leader only could do that and the beta male

I’ve spent 2 hours looking for one on the island and I can’t I went to everywhere the redwoods all the mountains even went on websites looked everything up how do I find one 🫠

Just get on a big rock and fire away just bring a lot of stuff because if you run out you'll be screwed

Allos can be picked up by any wyvern

One followed me home, if you see a high level get somewhere safe as they take quite a few tranqs and run when almost knocked out.

So when i was gather around my base the alpha see me and chase and since i was panic i ran to my base and the wall made from thatch after the pack(4) allo destroy the wall all my dino (carbonemys, sarco, parasaur, iguanodon and castoroides) start fight it and i was just being a psy watch from my house and somehow all my dino was lose they just kill 2 of them so i use my secret weapon my pack of raptor(4) to fight the rest. By the grace of fortuna i win that war and only alpha my raptor was survive so when you see pack of these try to kill it for me. They are really nightmare
