Do yourself a favor- stock up on darts. When taming an allo, keep in mind that tranq arrows can kill them very quickly, whereas darts won’t normally kill them.

When you see an allosaurus that has red light coming out of its back neck that allosaurus is the pack leader

if this beast sees you the best you can do is to run past another dino so it will aggro on it.

So you know how there’s a taming cap? Yup I tamed 40 raptors loved them all to 400 health and 33.7% melee went out for a hunt found four allos all lvl 20+ and I kid you not we absolutely DESTROYED them. I got my revenge that day of when that five allos killed my baby griffin I was transporting. >:)

Very easy tames when alone but in a pack I always accidentally kill the high level >_<

There is a glitch on single player where if you find a pack of 3 allos, two will be stuck inside each other, while one is still running around. If you go and hit the two that are stuck with anything, they will both despawn. This is useful because then you are left with one to tame. Warning if you run into to them with out hitting them they will dislodge and attack you.

If you are planning to make a base in the redwoods on mobile for sap and honey, line your base first with battlements and spikes. If you do only spikes they can walk over it. But if you got at least 2 lvl 20^Therizinos on your side then you are good to go.

If you want the alpha of the pack all you need is a pteranodon. When they spawn, the alpha is always stuck together with another allo.All you need to do is knock out the alpha and run

It will usually be very difficult to separate one from the pack. I suggest trapping all of them (usually 3 in a pack) in a behemoth gate or ramp style trap and kill the ones you dont want before taming the one you do want.

This creature is one of the hardest to tame very fast very aggressive against all animals and spawns in very dangerous areas, in conclusion just give up that is what I did the went and tamed rexes and argentavis.

The highest level Allosaurus will become an Alpha if at least one other is nearby; you do not need 3 to gain the Alpha Bonus.

The best way I find to breed Allo's is to find a pack with 1 150, kill off the other two and tame a 150 Allo. Do this for 2 150 Allosauruses and you can breed a nasty army of these things. You'll be able to take on Rex's like they're dodo's. Wyverns make for east kills, too. Just watch out for Alpha's.

The only thing a good pack of Allo's cannot take on, is a wild Giga.

You haven't lived till you've had 3 of these and kill someone's dragon head to head. Amazing tames.

In solo sp, you can use allos to cripple a titanosaur using its bleed attack. Then finish it with your own attacks and boom 25k exp just like that.
