Obsidian rock is a pretty common ressource on the grand hills, just bring your argy on top of the mountain and there are alot of rexes on the grand hill but there are no enemies on the very top. Once you are done gathering obsidian you can get rid of any unwanted ressources to get rid of the extra weight and make sure to give the obsidian to your argy for the way back for the 50% weight reduction

Ankh level up weight and melee damage= best metal and obsidian havest

For the Island on ASA get a high level argy and anky and head to the volcano

Find in mountains. Better at volcano but that is dangerous, go north to the snowy mountains for better not carnivores.

The ones that don’t yield metal give more obsidian

Ankylo is best for haevesting Obsidian, bit it does not cut the carrying weight for it down at all. So harvest with the Ankylo, but use the Argentavis to carry it

You can find this annoying sh*t in the water in lower south cave

Beware of the arthos and pulmonos they can follow you there

You only gather this cause organic polymer only can stack 10,if it has inf stack you will just go massacre penguin

Use a magmasaur in a volcano or a Stryder

Just go to lower south cave then go the right way then go to water on a dead end three are it but not much

Getting obsidian with Tek stryder is the easiest way to get it. Just link the stryder to the dedicated storage box and go to any obsidian spawn

We're to find odsidian in the island

The only reason to get this is for polymer.

Its easy! Get on a argy fly to the valcano land not in the lava and if you see dark black rocks mine them and you get obsidian.

I’ve experienced that if your anky isn’t a high lvl just use a good pick and you’ll get more and it’s more efficient
