ARK: Survival Evolved & Ascended Companion
Tips & Strategies

What are tips for white coloring? Tips and strategies for white coloring in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
Nobody’s quoting anyone. What do you mean?
-Apex
So this is just a suggestion for the crossover but I don't know how good of one of is. Maybe since the main villian is related to Nerva, then maybe the main humans could be related to Helena, Santiago, Mei Lyn (I don't remember her name), and maybe Diana.
Lamprey, Apex, Red Dragon, Snek, DTG, Swamp, CL1
I have decided the personality for my character, so here it is:
-A curious creature, will stalk things that are unknown until observed well enough.
-A bit skittish when there are too many enemies.
-skilled hunter
That’s all the things, and the name will be Red, mostly for the red color on the character. (Should look a bit like the tusoteuthis on the tusoteuthis section) and for the bary, just in case I can’t use the tusoteuthis, will be Stalker, and have the same personalities.
-Lamprey
Apex's character is the Goliath. Mine was the AI (It's EGOM but don't worry about it,) and yes I'll work for the Overseerer.
~CL1
Wait, would Goliath participate in the final battle or is he too powerful. There’s a chance he’ll rip everything to shreds lol.
-Apex
Me is getting impatient. Me wants da crossover to start. Me is bored. Me does not know what to do next in my story.
ME WANT DA DAMN CROSSOVER TO START ALREADY!!!!!!!!

Ok, so here is the character lore.
-My main villain, who will be a human and related to Nerva from his past life, will be conquering the Ark.
-Apex’s character, (Sorry apex, I couldn’t remember the acronym.) who will be the AI observing the Ark and making sure everything is okay. (So will you work for the overseer?)
-Goliath, who will be kind of on his own side, and many people believe him to be a myth.
-Everyone else will be trying to stop my character, and you will probably have a battle at the end with his therizinosaur and him armed with flak armor and a sword.
Ok, that works. We can do the schedule you posted Seasnake.
-Red Dragon
I’m starting to think we need a human character who is not a villain, since we have loads of creatures and one human villain. Mine will probably be a secondary villain.
-Apex, who is wondering when the crossover will actuallly start.
AND we shouldn't go to our own sections. We should all do one section, but if we do that, make it in achatnia, then allosaur, then whatever is next, in alphabetical order so we dont do "GO TO SHSHSJSYSHSS AND THEN ROSNJSEMEYS" ect and itll be easier to remember.
idrk pls help im losing mental health

Imma go draw timber. see ya.
-sneksea
I want my character to be an AI built to keep balance in the ARK world, so it's a neutral party and will go against anything that causes disorder. I'll call it E.G.O.M., Enviormental Growth and Order Maitenence.
~CL1
I’ve posted an idea for my crossover character in glowbug.
-Apex
Ok, so about the crossover, I’m thinking that we post every Wednesday and Saturday. We will each determine our character here in white dye, and will also determine which section we will be writing in here. We will each have a different section, but the story will still be interconnected. For my character, I think I will have the villain as my character. I don’t have much about him yet, but I think he may have a pet therizinosaurus.
-Red Dragon
I can't even tell if I fav this lol
I’m lava and I just saw your thing so i have been here since late phase 2 (Long time) so A (can I calmly you A for short?)Your stories are gonna want good punctuation and grammar, you want some plot twists and drama. You need characters that you like writing about (cause if you don’t wanna write about it then what is the point) make sure to be creative and think outside the box. Always remember if you need help or inspiration you can read other people stories or ask Another fan fictioner -lava
K, A.Arrii, I’m a fanfictioner who was here since August, I may not be able to give too many good tips, but I’ll try.
For starters, you wanna pick a name that’s kind of descriptive, but also that it gives some level of mystery so people wanna read.
Also, drama, drama is great. No one wants to read a story where everyone lives la-dee-da lives where everything is perfect. They want drama, love, rivalry, villains, and maybe some character death for good measure. Also, you wanna make stories with depth, plot twists, and good characters who people like.
But finally. Write because you like doing it.
I’m out!

A. Arii, this is advice I give everyone:
You write for YOU, first.
What I mean by that is write what you enjoy, not what you think other people want. If you aren't enjoying what you write, you won't stick with it and improve, but if you write the type of story YOU would want to read, you'll find there are other people out there that want to read it too (though sometimes it takes a bit for people to find it.)
Now, if you want to improve your writing, there are a few things you can do.
1. Ask for help (which you're already doing, so good on you.)
No one is a perfect writer, and we all excell in different areas. Some make good plot, some make good action, some do better in other places, and it's alright to admit you can't do it all. Ask other writers for their opinions and suggestions!
2. Read, read, read!
In this case, I would read other stories from dodo dex. We all get inspiration from other people, not just in writing but in everything. If you're struggling with something or need ideas, go look at some other fanfictions!
If you need help writing an action scene, go look for a story with good action writing (Apex is probably your guy for that!). If you need to build plot and need more ideas, look at some stories with big and interesting plots. Look for inspiration everywhere, not just dodo dex. (I got some inspiration for Night-Mare from fairytales!)
3. Keep writing!
Don't give up! When you first start, you may think you suck, but if you keep writing you'll find that you WILL get better. It may take time, but all good things come with practice!
Hope this helped!

I wouldn’t call Lolbit a god. Lolbit is more some kind of shadow.
