PD, if your still looking for creature ideas, here’s a few!

Name: ScytheWolf(you can change name if you want)

Diet: Carnivore

Aggression: Aggressive

Description: A large raptor-like creature, black and grey feathers, glowing yellow eyes, claws like a raptor’s, and one horn on its snout. The ScytheWolf’s main attack is where it grabs you by the legs and holds you upside down, letting your blood drain to your head. Finally it’s used it’s free claw to slice your throat.

Name: MorphBird

Diet: Omnivore

Aggression: Attacks if you mess with it’s food.(Much like a Megnaura)

Description: Black soulless eyes, vulture like body, feathers change colors to blend with surroundings, deadly talons like an Argentavis’s, and four bony wings. MorphBird is a scavenger.

Name: (I couldn’t find a name for this go head and name it)

Diet: Herbivore

Aggression: Neutral

Description: Large Morellatops-like body, sandy scales, medium sized spine(like a spino’s), Theriznosaurus-like head, short tail, and two horns on its forehead.

You can change any of these creatures names! Please consider adding these to your game! I’m looking forward to playing it.

PS: I love the ideas for the Exoplanet game. I wish I could help and i get the Flesh biome but,… no offense but I kinda don’t like the innards idea Ark or not.

Oh Deer, gosh dang it!! We’ve all been duped!!!! I’m so sorry PD, forgive me for that. I feel so stupid and embarrassed for falling for that!!! I’ve even been through this before with Moon last year!!!! I just didn’t expect someone to go to such an extreme and give a full story behind it!! That’s just sick!!!!🤢 Forgive me for falling for that.

PD, those maps and creatures sound really cool!!! Are the maps all gonna be connected in game or are they gonna be like Ark’s with the main menu separating them as their own servers? Also if you need more creature suggestions, I can try to think of couple more that are suited for those environments if you need more. I’m sorry if I am overloading you with ideas, just trying to be helpful by giving a wide variety.

Another creature idea:

Telronbeast: a griffin-like creature, with raven wings and wolf heads and bodies. It has a row of white spikes along its back and legs.

Hunting tactics: Swooping down onto unwary prey, grabbing their legs and letting their blood run to their head. The spikes are used to slash prey, as they grab them with their hind legs and the spikes line the front.

Tamable: Yes

Temperament: Neutral

Territory: Forests and mountains

I hope you consider this one. By the way, I saw the the name ‘pyschoraptor’ is already a thing, and I by no means meant to name it after that. Sorry about that.

A continuation of my prior creature idea: The Pyschoraptor. It can be tamed. When tamed, you can use it to track other creatures by it smelling them. Max radius is 60 feet.

It hunts in duos, but if not able to find food, they can and will eat each other. Lastly, if there are two of them, they can carry the player and deal bleeding damage while doing so.

PD, I’m still here!! Here’s a suggestion for creature!! I don’t have a good description of them so you can go ham on them and make them into whatever you see fit, alien, bird, pterosaur, whatever you want to make these things look like!!! Also I don’t have a name for them, so you can go ham on that too!! Also again, I think this creature would sound perfect in the cliffside canopies or pearlescent skeleton, but you put them where you think this would fit at. :)

These creatures are an avian species and are intelligent copy cats. Mimicking calls of other fauna of this world, however their own sounds are dreadfully disgusting. Sounding similar to gurgling moans and cry’s of dying animals on earth. This species of avian creature lives in collective colony nests and the name isn’t just a description on how they live. These avians are prone to stealing everything. Anything from food, weapons, loot, structures in inventory, resources, to even armor off your back and bring them back to their massive nests built in the trees or cliffs of this world. They will steal as much as they can from you, and if you try to resist or fight back. You will regret doing so as these creatures can be deadly in flocks. Now while these creatures are pests, dangerous creatures and mainly a curse, they can also be a blessing. With wild nests having assorted arrangement of gathered items and loot for those daring enough to fight off the creatures. Tamed versions of these creatures naturally gathering resources, food and very, very rare occasions loot if you have a nest and several of these creatures. Creating a nest would be similar to how bee hives work in Ark where you would have the creature transform into the nest, however you need several of these creatures to do this similar to crafting a mega mek and would also need the desired materials the creature wants to use to make this nest. This varies between creature, but needing a assortment of resources. These creatures would be about the same size to just a bit bigger than a sinomacrops in Ark and could work as a shoulder pet. (If you’re wondering why I’m being evil to suggest a flying pego/ichthys that steal in flocks. It’s because I want to have the pleasure of hearing people suffer when playing!!! Plus, you know it’s a fun challenge for players.)

That is currently my only other creature submission for the moment. I’m going to think about this though some more. But I have some other suggestions for the game if it’s okay. Weapons, just some things that Ark doesn’t have and I feel would make it cool!! Don’t feel you have to use these or all of these, it’s just a fun idea to give some options for gear!

Diversity in throwing weapons: throwing knives, tomahawks, crude throwing axes, and even tridents for underwater. We need throwing weapons and maybe have more specialized niches of use and not just spears or boomarangs.

A few more melee weapons: Axes, 3 or so types of swords, hook swords (for some reason this isn’t considered a sword?) , Quarterstaffs, Maces, Knives and Sais, Oh my!!

I think that’s all the suggestions I have now. I’m sorry if I keep giving so much. I can’t wait to hear more about this game!!! And for more chapters!!!

Im being barraged w questions soo here’s the info :

I’m PD, creating Exoplanet 2 as a survival game. It will be set in the far future, where star travel has been common.

You crash land on a distant star system after a rouge wormhole incident, causing your ship to explode. You’re now stuck. (imagine)

So, the game will probably be out mid 2025, due to it being a solo project with the only assistance given is you guys (thx).

It will be out on console n pc, because it will be a pretty big game. Though, i could try and size it down after i create the full game into a mobile app. Wont be easy tho.

There will be taming mechanisms some of you may have never even seen in the ARKs, and battles worth fighting, for the deaths.

Plus, there’ll be a funny secret in which if y’all find it i will be thouroughly surprised. Thooough, to find that. I’ll let y’all figure that out.

I’m so so sorry for you all who had to like, see that message of me supposedly being admitted to the psych ward. I have been in a mental hospital before but my actual disability has been controlled well.

I had severe depression paired with ADHD, and I was heavily bullied. It hurts me down to my core that people are falsely accusing me of going to a psych ward or something. I have never tried to.. do things to myself, neither have been able to. I don’t know who that person was or who they think they are coming into MY DYE, but I really hope they stay out.

Again, so sorry for whoever has had to see that person put a tip in of me going to a mental ward or whatever. I don’t know why.
