Medbrews only work on humans. If your looking to heal a dinosaur, use a tek pistol, daeodon, or meat if it’s a carnivore.

Best things in the game very usefull

If on ASA disable Auto-Craft in the cooking pot inv in order to prevent the dye from crafting before the brew.

These are really easy to make and you can make them very early into the game and can store extras in a preserving bin.

A stack will last for a while since one rots every 20 hours.

Most importantly, in situations like fighting hypothermia there will be times when you try to heal naturally from cooked food but you won’t be able to with a full stomach.

When the ability to regenerate health as quickly as needed to survive is being halted by cold, poison, drowning etc.

Brews can be a complete life saver in such scenarios.

You can also use spark powder so you don't make red dye

Helps In pvp fights I almost died and killed this dude he had med brews on him and i healed up fast

Sadly it does not work on dinos but its good for wheb your in a cave.

Grapple someone off there mount into lava on genisis and chug a bunch of these free loot

This is so useful in the game I was low on hp I drink it and I heal me good so yea

So, it seems a lot of people believe some misinformation. Medbrews do not reset the timer for healing, they stack. Test it yourself, it’s always been this way on every device, Xbox, PS4, PC, Nintendo switch (not too sure about this one) and mobile. We need to get rid of the misinformation, as it’s getting quite big! 1 medbrew is 40 hp, so you can go from there.

Here's a tip for everyone saying not to use anything but thatch in your cooking pot. Stop being such a Bob and make an industrial cooker.
