If you have a bunch of cooked meat just make a Custom recipe 200 coock meat give you like 400 heath

This is the single handed lay best consumable, it is easy to make and if you have an industrial cooker you can tank entire caves (I speak from experience, i got mobbed in snow cave by 10 yeti and chugged about 20 brews and killed them with ascendant sword)
