More testing on single player settings, Enduro Stew does not stop or slow damage caused by drowning, Mega Rabies or Dilo spit (assuming plant species x and poison wyvern also count).

Health does slowly increase while both starving and dehydrated at the same time.

Also health regenerates with a leech attached, slowing down with each extra leech, till no increase or decrease in health with six leeches(Max) attached.

Also found out max temperature you can survive is 158 degrees Fahrenheit with 0 hyperthermia insulation, while Enduro Stew is active.

One of the best consumables to make. Find savoroot and rockarrot in the highlands on Ragnarok. The health regeneration effect can counteract damage taken from starvation, dehydration, freezing (down to at least 9 degrees Fahrenheit) and burning (not yet tested, but at least 136 degrees Fahrenheit)

Be wary using endure as it stops the effect of med brews for the duration
