Guys how do I get 20 sap I’m level 15 and the daily pursuit is to get 20 sap
To the person that said "would be nice to know wat it's used for" you can make sweet veggie cakes with them, which lets you tame achatinas and ovis and acts as a secondary taming food for herbivores, but more importantly, it helps you heal up herbivores.
Anyone else think this should be able to turn into ancient amber once put in a fridge or by any method.
Would be nice to list what it's used for.
In the desert on lost island there are trees near the dunes that give sap
Each tap has a max of 30 sap at a time, so 120 per platform. Place a bed and storage box so you can fast travel every now and then to put the sap into storage. This way you’ll be able to grab hundreds every time you fly out to gather it
Real ark players SUCK THE SAP OUT PF THE TREE
For anyone wondering, I’m pretty sure archas can produce this while being on wandering, this is why he’s rated in the page
Mammoth gathers sap from tree stumps every swing.
On crystal isles, go to tundra falls (the place north of ember falls, with pink trees) with any creature that has a melee attack (also rideable) and hit a small redwood tree, no matter what creature that hits one of those trees is guaranteed to gather sap! I hope this helps
You can craft a tree sap tap and attach it on the redwoods large tree...they will produce overtime up to 20 saps
On Fjordur, sap can be obtained by hitting the pine trees (some are along the beaches) that have dead branches at the bottom. If using an axe, you can get around 12-20 per tree. Some trees like this don’t drop it but most do.
How to get slotcap of sap real quick
1. Tame yourself a bronto
2. Go to any lunar cave and hit the yellow plants
In Fjordur, you can obtain this resource by hitting certain trees that have small branches that fallen off on the ground (Those branches might not be so clear).
Those trees can be found on many beaches.
Hope this helped!

In the swamp (in Ragnarok for me at least) i found a really big tree which you can't harvest, and you can collect sap from it. Very useful for me as i don't want to go to the redwoods. I think it was very useful!!!
Btw, the tree is on the northern side of the swamp in Ragnarok, it is surrounded by ruins of some kind, you can't really miss it. But maybe more trees can be used, havent checked
There is a certain like tree stump in vagulro that gives you a bit of sap and there is also a fuzzy, furry looking tree in the desert that you harvest for sap. Yes you can use the redwood tree taps but those take ages to start producing sap so this is a quick way to get some sap I don’t think this is on ark mobile though
A Theri leveled in delicate harvesting and melee can gather sap from the Joshua trees on scorched/extinction/rag about as efficiently as a chainsaw, and without expending any fuel.
The desert on Ragnarok is home to a specific type of tree with a trunk that looks like strands and gives thatch and some sap when harvested.
Best thing to do is to use a tree sap tap. You make it using the smithy. You can only use it in red wood trees. When connecting the tap make sure your standing at the base of the tree and look up to use it. You’ll get 1 sap in about 11 min.
Archaeopteryx on wander slowly produce the stuff, and moschops in Scorched Earth will make it by wandering near the fuzzy trees.
