Fun fact a tartare is a real dish that is essentaly a raw slab of meat with spices and an egg in the center. In real life if not prepared it could make you really sick. It's very high in protein though. The fact that tartares are made raw is why the recipe contains raw prime, as this is usually a dish you would find at a fancy high class restaurant.
