Ark logic: If you eat this your baby reaper will be passive to you if you eat the remains of it's mother, otherwise the baby will hate you forever.

This is needed for raising reapers. Eat one right before it bursts out of your stomach, or it will attack you. You should also put it in a pen so that it won't attack anything nearby. Once it has grown a bit, it won't attack wildly anymore. Ypu can get the glands by killing reapers.

You don’t need this for baby reapers as you can just get loads of meat in your inventory and nothing else claim the reaper as soon as it comes out and it will kill you and it would collect all the meat from your body
