Magmasaur is the best tame for gathering more Solid Element than shards in Gen2 Void.

You cannot get element off any creature only element dust pls update tips send this to the top,go around whith an Andy in extinction and you can harves lampposts for 50-60 element dust

For ark mobile players:Eery element and element are different from each other.You can get eery element by beating weekly dungeons or by grinding tek items in industrial grinder and normal element from amber shop your tek gun won’t work without eery element in the bag

You can craft lots of element quickly if you bring a high melee anky around the mountains with tall crystals on them in the snow on Crystal Isles.

You can harvest somme in the space biome in GENESIS PART 2 when the supply crate are PURPLE.

You'll mostly get Element Shard but plus or less rarely ( depending on the drop rate you're on ), you'll get Element.

The best harvester are Tek Stryder ( Drill Module ) or Tek Fist.

Pickaxe is Fine.

Note that the Mining Drill isn't very good as it will mostly mine Element Shard than Element, and because

1 Element = 100 Element Shard,

Thus if you're looking for Element, you shouldn't use Mining Drill.

This stuff is 99.1 percent pure

For Ark Mobile, you get element by defeating the dungeon boss.

Element is good for tek armor and other things

This is for genisis 2, so go to the space area every time the time goes to 00:00 the recourses will change after 01:30 into something else and it's not garenteed for it to be element, but it's worth a shot

You do not HARVEST Element from defense units. They DROP the element

For Gen2, purple drops mean element in space. Bring a magmasaur to harvest.

As said by others, element can be mines on specific asteroids on the Genesis 2 map. It’s pretty distinctive. The asteroids have an almost ascendant teal type shade to them, and the have basically glowing ascendant teal crystals. The crystals drop primarily Shards and Stone, with a small amount of element even on boosted resource single player game.

An Ankylo is you best best for collecting large amounts of Element. A melee buffed Mantis with high level picks may be able to do better, I’m not sure.
