The answer ist you can Kill the mini Bosses They are dropping 30 Tek also good Blueprints also they are dropping Relicts the relicts you need to fight the Dragon, Megapithecus and Broodmother Lystrics

Also a good way to get is to go into the Abberation Cave the normal looking Stones ate giving you Element Shard 100 of them are on Element also you can use it for Tek Bows as Arrows

Beyla (Mini Boss) is the easiest you can fight it with Megatheriums or Reces but you need a Gas mask

Hati & Sköll (Mini Boss) is a little bit harder because they are two at ones here I say fight with Rexes 4 or 5 with 20000 Hp or more I fought with 30000 and 1000 melee damage but you can do it also with just 600 or more melee

Stonebjorn (Mini Boss) He is the hardest because you can’t kill him with Rexes because the most dinos are doing against him less damage I say Giga’s because they do Bleed damage so they to there Holl amount of damage.

Also good is to fight the Dragon boss because you can fight him with one single Deinonychus to fight him with the Deinonychus you need to go to his Right Feet because here he can’t hit you because the Hit Bocks from the Deinonychus ist to little for the Dargon to hit you but when he is flying a way you need to dodge because he is shooting fireballs they can kill you very quickly Also hi is Spawning Petris and Dimoprohdons the Petris you can kill easy but you need to look at your own Health because Dimoprohdons are attickg you so you need heal potions and good armor with good Durability also you need to have wyvern milk in you and the Deinonychus and feed them to you and the Deinonychus when the dragon is landing because the mil is doing you resistant for Fire for a time to get the milk you need to torpor the Wyvern but the Wyvern needs to be a female then you can get 5 Wyvern Mil out of the Sleeping Body.

You'll mostly get Element Shard but plus or less rarely ( depending on the drop rate you're on ), you'll get Element.

The best harvester are Tek Stryder ( Drill Module ) or Tek Fist.

Pickaxe is Fine.

Note that the Mining Drill isn't very good as it will mostly mine Element Shard than Element, and because

1 Element = 100 Element Shard,

Thus if you're looking for Element, you shouldn't use Mining Drill.

For Ark Mobile, you get element by defeating the dungeon boss.
