You will hate it. It’s corse and rough and gets everywhere

“I hate sand. It’s coarse, it’s rough, and it’s irritating.”

-Anakin Skywalker

I love sand. It’s soft, and smooth, and it never makes a mess.

Look I know I am supposed to add a tip, but why can’t we just pick up dry sand on the beaches?

Can someone actually be helpful and let people know how to gather this resource?

I know all the red/brown rocks in the desert biome of extinction give stone and sand. But if you want just stone and no sand, smash the grey rocks close to or in the waters in the desert biome, an axe collects both.

i was hoping to find a tip on how to avoid gathering it :/

To get the sand just hit the rocks in the desert with a axe any axe

I love how there are like, 400,000,000+ tips just quoting Anakin. XD

A whip is actually a very good way to get sand as you can run around using it and picking up sand of the floor however you will also pick up a lot of stone which can get heavy really quickly.

(I don’t know about other maps but this works well on scorched, hope it helps you get sand so you can make clay or something)
