Keratin doesn’t really have many uses, and is pretty hard to get. Chitin works in most scenarios, and is far easier to get.

I just put my spinos on aggresive and let them loose, they gather everyting meat fish and keratin and more

If you kill a thorny dragon and use a primitve chainsaw you 1,000 keratin per corpse.

You can also get 2 extra keratin if you use a metal axe on a trikes head

Just climb on a rock and murder every tutle you see then use axe you get lots

Don’t get keartins u can use chitins instead,and u can get hundreds of those in any cave(but not the ice cave and the deep sea cave )

On Valguero in skeleton gorge there are bones that you can harvest to get keratin and raw salt. Use a hatchet.
