For those who are struggling to get the kibble you have to have all of the ingredients in YOUR inventory before putting it in whatever cooking station your using, you should be good if the quest gives you a note for the kibble recipe. (I unfortunately don't know if this works on a regular basis, I only know this works when doing the slowest kibble quest)
