Let me tell you about a person who really wanted a rockdrake on Valero, me and my wyvern were down. We were there for hours (real time) wasting my life away when I discovered the radiation zone. I was so happy but there was no rockdrakes I sight then I looked on Google. It said on playstation they don't spawn in the wild.
