A desmodus could be your best way to craft these because they can kill the ceratos to get the spines, blood, and spoiled meat because they can harvest all of those items
A 150 will take 3-4 cocktails to get drunk, and you will need to get it drunk twice on 1x. So bring at least 8 on 1x
