To make Quetz Platform Saddle, combine Hide, Fiber, Metal Ingot, Cementing Paste, and Silica Pearls in a Smithy for 15 seconds. The Quetz Platform Saddle unlocks at level 97 and requires 80 Engram Points.
The structure limit on platform saddles can be adjusted in Advanced Settings. Press the arrow pointing to the sky so people know.

Taming it was somewhat easy, but it was hard at the same time
Slap some Velonasaurs on it and you got an unlimited fighting craft.

On gen 2 taming one is easy and since Dododex wants me to include a few more words here is a quote from a wise man “fly around with iron man suit and shoot big bird until it falls”.
If u need to tame a desert titan put a metal foundation (1) right behind its head to protect u from danger make sure ur quetz has 5k health 2k stam and that's it u can tame desert titan as simple as that
Best way to mine in the game. Platform saddle with ramps up front and behind. Park Anky on edge and fly him to a rock or node and enjoy.
A fun saddle, you can put a mini base with turrets on it. Just don’t build walls cuase you can only build so many structures on the platform saddle.
