U can try to tame it like a rex I'm going to try it

To ko one you need a bow or cross bow with narcotic arrows. Then you need to find one. Once you do that you find a rock that it cant get up onto to and hit it with a normal arrow. Once it comes at you, you need to shoot it with the narcotic arrows the put your choice of for in it the there you go.

It’s easy to tame them just use your hands I tamed two of them this way!

I just managed to tame a level 110 female

on ascended by flying up with my griffin and shooting it with a net gun (I have my own nitrado server and added the standard harpoon net) and built a trap around her with 5 dino gates and stuck a door on either side…done it in a panic and left a huge gap by mistake and she still didn’t escape while I tranq’d her.

Step 1: find one in the snow biome Step 2: knock out with crossbow tranq or longneck rifle tranq darts. Step 3: feed raw meat or prime meat. Attacks bite and a roar to buff any creature tamed also is faster than a Rex

If you're tired of grinding for traps or maybe just terribly unprepared, you can tame one of these guys on foot by strafing behind it in tight circles. It won't be able to bite you because of its turn and hit radius (did this with about 120% movement speed with an x-yuty.) Small warning: you will get dizzy, and I recommend having good armor and a crypodded dino.
